Yuuma nodded and started leading towards the school building, it was only a couple of blocks from the apartment complex itself, so it wouldnt take that long to get there. The pink haired boy was quiet most of the way, trying to avoid eye contact with the other students making their way to the school themselves. He hated the stares, they made him feel...unwanted..

Unfortunately, he wasn't the only one being stared at.

"Hey...Doesnt that Girl look familiar?" He heard a voice from behind him and Flower say curiously. He looked back for a moment to see two girls from the school behind them, staring at directly at the Supermodel. "Yeah..I've seen her somewhere before...On a magazine, i think.." The other girl stared intently at Flower, her eyes suddenly sparkling with excitement. "Oh..my..god.." She said in disbelief.

"F-Flo..." Yuuma said nervously, nudging Flower in front of him and got himself ready to block the girls if he needed to.

The girl shot her finger in Flower's direction, an over excited grin on her face. "I-It's V Flower!" she almost practically yelled.

Flower closed her eyes when she heard the girls behind them chatting with each other about how familiar she looked.
"....and it begins," she whispered. This always happens no matter where she goes. She should have known it would happen here as well. Just because it is a small town, doesn't mean that they don't get magazines or have television or have internet.
V Flower flinched when the girl shouted in that familiar girlish squeal, causing anyone else who is around to turn and look at her.

Yuuma stiffened slightly when everyone began staring their way. He quietly started walking again, gently nudging Flower to walk as well. "Just...try to ignore them.." he said in a quiet tone as he pulled his beanie further over his head. The sooner he got to school, the sooner he could get through his day and leave. Unfortunately, this became more difficult as more people began crowding around. Someone yelling out a celebrity's name tended to do that sometimes.

V Flower let out a sigh as she ran her hand through her bangs. Why does this always have to happen? Poor Yuuma was trying to get them to school and now they are surrounded by a crowd of gawkers who were trying to talk with Flower and take pictures of her. This is always annoying but one gets use to it.
V Flower took a deep breath, as if preparing herself for something, and put on a bright smile that everyone seems to be looking for.
"Good Morning everyone," she greeted. "It is so nice to meet you all but I am sorry to say, we are kind of in a hurry. We'll be late for school."
That was Lilly speaking right there. Lilly is the name of the mask V Flower uses to talk with crowds of people and when on television. It is sort of a defense meconium for her since she is not really good with people. Most people wouldn't know this, but V Flower is very shy. She was shy as a child and is still shy now.

Yuuma paused for a moment, looking back at Flower in pure confusion. Her smile looked...forced, and her voice sounded like a completely different person. He shook his head at himself, unable to understand why she was putting on the small act.

After managing to finally get away from the crowd, the two came up to a large three story high school. He let go of her hand, which he had been holding in order to lead her away from the gathering people, and quietly walked up the small set of stares leading into the building. A few students had already began to notice him, quietly moving out of his way and whispering among themselves. He could already feel the stares, they weren't the kind of stares that Flower had gotten from the crowd of adoring fans, these were stares of disgust and crude judgement. "Just ignore them Yuuma...You've done a pretty good job so far.." he said to himself as he waited for Flower to come up the stairs as well, watching as a few of the stares shifted from him to her and changing from judgmental into pure excitement and shock.

Of course the smile is forced. V Flower hasn't been able to give off a real smile since the day she lost everything. There hasn't been anything that has made her happy. It is a hard thing to go through when you lose everything but your own life.
Finally away from the crowd and at the school. She may have been their earlier to register, but the sight still felt new to her. This is it, Flower is going to school for the first time in a long time. Since she began her famous career, she has been tutored instead of going to school. It is all she had time for.
When walking through the school with Yuuma, she noticed something about the other students. They were staring at the pinkette as if they hated him just for existing. Is this how it has been for Yuuma since the incident? The poor thing. Loosing everything is one thing, but people wanting you to disappear? That has got to be hard.

((Would it be mean if the reason Flower's parents invited Yuuma's family over is because of Flower's birthday?))

Yuuma kept his eyes trained on the ground, no wanting to meet the gazes of those around him. It's always been like this...ever since the incident. After the loss of his parents, he had no relatives to go to, no one to look after him or care for him; and after Flower left, he was all alone. He began isolating himself off from everyone, rarely ever speaking, never letting anyone in, never letting anyone get too close. He just couldn't risk having anyone else leave, it already hurt once, no need for it to happen again.

And because of that, everyone always saw him as an intimidating freak. Always shutting people out and lashing out at anyone who would try to get close to him. It truly wasn't his fault, he was just....scared of being hurt again.

( ewe it just adds on to a good tragic backstory)

Yuuma felt himself being shoved violently to the ground, away from the crowd and Flower. His school bag slid across the school floor and around a corner with his belongings inside. The pink haired boy was slightly dazed from the fall after his head had collided into the hard tile floor, causing his vision to be slightly blurry as he attempted to push himself off the ground, only to be kicked back down with a swift blow to the side by a sudden force. He didn't need his vision to know who the blurry figures gathering around him were.

It was a group of the School Jocks, a few large, buffed up guys who seemed to live to make his life more miserable than it already was. One knelt down in front of him, pulling him up from the ground by the front of his school uniform. "S'up Yuuma." The jock snickered, his breathe stunk of muscle shakes, which caused Yuuma to gag slightly. "What do you want now Micheal?" The pinkette glared coldly, he didn't have time to be dealing with these idiots right now. The one known as Micheal chuckled mockingly, tossing Yuuma back onto the floor. "Oh yah know, Just wondering when you were gonna introduce me to the chick you were walking with. What is she doing with a freak like you anyway? She's way over your league." "Shut the hell up you fatass! As if i would let her talk to an idiot like you!" Yuuma growled lowly.

That's when the first punch came down, sending him flying into a set of lockers.

Finally, Flower managed to make it out of the crowd of people, but only to bump into an other crowd. This crowd wasn't crowding around her this time though. The students in this crowd were chanting, 'fight fight fight'. Flower looked over the crowd to see what was going on and gasped at what she saw. The moment she looked was the moment a fist impacted Yuuma's face.
Not even thinking, V Flower pushed through the crowed and went right to Yuuma, kneeling down and helping him sit up.
"Yuuma, are you alright??"

Yuuma held a hand to his now bleeding nose, his eyes narrowing towards the large jock that backed away slightly when Flower appeared. "Yeah...I'm fine.." He muttered, wincing painfully as She helped him into a sitting position on the floor. The taste of iron filled his mouth, which made sense since he just got punched in the jaw.

Micheal frowned, a confused, but frustrated look forming on his face. Why was this chick helping him? "Move out of the way girly, I got a bone to pick with him." he said as he cracked his knuckles for emphasis.

Girly? Thats a new one. It seems like this sportsy guy doesn't know who V Flower is, which is perfectly fine with her. But what was with the knuckle cracking? Doesn't he know that doing that might cause early arthritis(sp)?
"But you are bleeding," she said to Yuuma's 'I'm fine', completely ignoring the buff bully, probably pissing him off. Flower pulled out a handkircheif of her own, a white one with light purple flowers stitched into the corners, and put it up to Yuuma's bleeding nose.
"...you need that looked at...can you stand?"

Yuuma went to push her hand away, but stopped himself almost instantly as a sharp pain shot through his chest. " Ngh...Flo, I said I'm fine.." he muttered under his forced breathes. He was probably going to have a hard time explaining this to her later, this wasn't exactly the first time he had gotten beaten up before.

Micheal's face turned red with anger, not only did this girl know yuuma, but she had just completely scoffed him off like he was just a little child. No one had ever ignored him before, Who exactly did this girl think she was? Just as he was about to say something, one of the other jocks whispered something into his ear, causing his eyes to widen in slight shock. " Dude, why didn't you tell me this chick was famous earlier?! She's probably got some huge body guard somewhere in the school that she's gonna go cry to and I'm gonna get the crap beaten out of me!" he looked down at Yuuma, a deep scowled forming on his face. "This isn't over Yuuma, you can't hide behind the celebrity chick forever." he snarled before walking away with the rest of his little group.

Flower continued to 'ignore' the bully. She wasn't doing it because she was famous or anything, she was doing it because she didn't want to give the jerk the satisfaction of her noticing him. Losers like that only want a reaction out of people. V Flower may have never been to high school before, but she knew how bullying worked.
Flower's ear perked when she heard the buff guy mention the word famous. So now he knows as well. What he said after that word kind of pissed Flower off a little. She wasn't going to cry over this. What does he think famous girls do? Cry? He probably thinks all girls do that. How narrow minded.
When the jock and the rest of the crowd left, the celebrity lowered her head a little, still holding the hanky to Yuuma's face.
"I...I just made things worse...didn't I?" she asked, her hair hiding her face.
