Lt. Brookman Kaori Kapoigne Sooooo, why is the Blues Brothers movie so good? Dunno, maybe its the combination of sweet music, excessive swearing, nazis and not quite so over the top comedy? Van Evok Empire strikes back! Just to see Imperials kick Rebels a** out of Hoth... Yes. This movie is the best in the bunch, easily. Great locations, a simple but moving story with a great cliffhanger and those iconic scenes. Been watching District 9 again, Wikus is still a c**t. But the movie is still great. Might get Avatar, if only for the genocide of the cat people scene. Also.. WTF is Sucker Punch supposed to be? Other than awesome of course! re: Avatar - if you can handle all that greenie-lovey-treehugging, the final battle delivers some real action... Guns! Mecha! Dropships!

Plus the AMP suit of Colonel Miles has a combat knife. And he knows how to use it something fierce. burning_eyes

Da-da-daaaaa da-da-daaaaa. Saw the A-team, a movie about immature man children who are having one hell of a time blowing s**t up and doing insane crazy stuff toddlers do with toys. But they do it irl. It's insane. I'ts crazy. It's fun.

Just saw Scott Pilgrim vs The World last saturday...and it was epic in my mind. Loved all the video game references, and screw the fact that the movie was hardly realistic, that and I loved the narrator whenever the fights would begin, hearing him say things such as KO, something like 68 hit combo. Also loved the music in the movie. The only thing that got on my nerve was the three girls to the left of my dad, a seat away from him, constantly giggling at every frickin' thing in the movie.

I saw Piranha 3D yesterday evening, and I have to admit cheese and dodgy script aside, it wasn't half bad. Could have been better, but it worked as a B-Movie
