"Right. I think I saw a group of cats heading towards camp anyway. Though I'm not sure if it's FireClan or PebbleClan..." Smilepaw agreed. He didn't want to admit he had gotten bored and his mind had drifted away from the teaching.

Emptykit stared at the herbs. "I!!! I . . AS THE FUTURE LEADER!!! WILL CHEW WITH ALL MY STRENGTH!!!" Emptykit announced grabbing a mouthful.

Badgerkit blinked at his sister then at Thorngaze "thank you we will do our best to help!!" he then jumped at the sound of Emptykit groaning.

"It tastes. . . so . . . terrible!!" Emptykit whined through her mouthful of marigold.

Thorngaze rolled his eyes. Kits will be kits..
"You don't need to thank me, Badgerkit." he meowed. "I could always use the extra help." The medicine cat apprentice lifted up his paw, and took the plup out of Emptykit's mouth. "Thank you." he purred as he began to rub the marigold into Dawnlight's wounds.
"Do you mind chewing a piece of goldenrod?" he asked the kits.

(is Mintkit with Fadingkit at the moment? I'm really confused.)

(Fadingkit isn't with Mintkit from what I know.)

Emptykit rolled on the ground trying to get the taste out of her mouth.

Badgerkit nodded "sure . . . um . . . goldenrod is this one right?" Badgerkit picked up a yellow flower type plant from the pile with his teeth.

"Yes, chew it into a poultice." Thorngaze meowed, examining his brother's wounds with narrowed eyes. If I could just mix it the right way..
"If you're not sick from the taste, can you chew some more marigold?" he added, flicking his tail at Emptykit's nose.

Warstorm nodded "that's a good idea," I hope Sharpclaw's ok

Sharpclaw continued to lick at her wounds

Badgerkit nodded and got to work tastes nasty but at least it's going to a good cause . .

Emptykit sat up and nodded. "I'll fight to till the end!!" Emptykit groaned half heartedly as she grabbed a fresh mouthful of marigold.

Dawnlight snorted, trying to ignore Emptykit's rambles. How did this kit not tire of boasting how she would be leader, and then do some pathetic thing that would make her chances even slimmer at it. He rolled his eyes and looked the other way, waiting for Thorngaze to finish with him so he could go retire to the warrior's den, not wanting to have anything else to do with the Clan for the rest of the day, as his wounds ran deeper than just his flesh. His pride had been tarnished, at least in his mind, and his blue eyes were wild with the prospect of how he had led two of his clanmates to their deaths.

"Done." Thorngaze mewed to Dawnlight. "Go on and rest." he added before stalking over to Sharpclaw with marigold in his jaws. The medicine began to work hastily as he rubbed the marigold into the wounds. "Badgerkit!" he called. "Do you have that goldenrod ready?"

Sharpclaw looked at Thorngaze "Are the others taken care of?"

Warstorm lead the apprentices back into the camp and saw Sharpclaw by the warriors den and he ran over to her.

Kindlestar noticed Warstorm rushing back into camp and heading towards Sharpclaw, and she nodded her head at Duskwind, letting her know that she was leaving her to get a good idea of how were things outside of camp.

"Warstorm... a word with you," she called, heading towards the warrior, but leading a bit further from Sharpclaw and the others.

Dawnlight nodded and got up, then headed towards the warrior's den without a second glance to the cats surrounding him, his mind in need of rest as much as his body.

The medicine cat apprentice blinked at the orange warrior.
"If I cannot treat you, how am I suppose to treat the others?" Thorngaze purred as he examined the she-cat.
The wounds weren't as deep as Dawnlight but the she-cat needed stronger treatment.

Lightningpaw noticed the camp was still intact, looking as usual. He noticed some of the Warriors, such as Sharpclaw, wounded. Well, I guess the fight was bound to happen...but at least not of it spreaded toward camp. And, everyone from the fight seems alright. He thought to himself.
