Has anyone seen Surrogate yet? It made me pause and really think about the time I spend online and how I would feel if all the net went down. Very interesting...

There is nothing wrong wtih that. It's just a cartoon... they have plenty of other video to show you how to 'basically' draw a ethnic race. I'm sure they have specific drawings like. How to draw a Egyptian, Austrlian, Bristish.. Black/African.. White/Caucasian(sp?), Japanese and Russian. Sure everyone is differe in all the races, but think of it this way. You have a decimal.. 4.5... what you round to? 5. Basically you kind of mesh them all together. Like they do for surveys and stuff.

And to be more specific.. how to draw Aki So-and-so.. He isn't drawing a specific cartoon person whose based on a real asian woman.
Not saying your racist or anything but yeah <_< they tend to get upset if you see those comments on those ethnic how to drawings. S/He isn't drawing one person. Like for instance he isn't drawing you but somewhat in a way you mostly see this.

He's not intentionally trying to be racist (which is the sad part), but I have to honestly wonder if that guy has ever seen an Asian woman... or for that matter, studied anatomy. He's relying on stereotypes, and pretty bad ones at that. It looked almost pseudo-anime style. I know he's a cartoonist, so he has leeway to do what he wants, but even cartoonists typically have some skill before they "stylize" heavily.

That's just my opinion though...

It hasn't... and it isn't anytime soon... I actually asked about it last time I was in the Disney store, and they said it wasn't but Beauty and the Beast is next year. Can't wait for that, though that one I mostly love for the music. The animation is probably awesome, I just haven't seen it in like 10 years.

I also really want Disney to release blurays of Mulan and Tarzan. I'm tempted to get Mulan on DVD, though...
