"Fine by me." Ian shrugged, keeping his eyes on the road. Changing lanes, he relaxed back into his seat. "Besides, I find your sleeping face rather cute."

Dylan chuckled and snuggled into the side of the car. "Well keep your eyes on the road. Don't need to be dead..." Closing his own eyes softly, the purr of the engine that was heard inside the car lulled him softly.

Ian laughed, doing as he was told. About halfway to where they were going, he stopped, needing gas and something to eat. Finding a gas station, he pulled in, hooking his car up to the pumps. Getting out, he walked into the little store, grabbing a candy bar and a few cokes.

Sleeping soundly, Dylan didn't even wake when Ian stopped. He simply rolled over and sighed.

Paying for the snacks, Ian walked back out to his car. Finishing paying for the gas, he got back in the car, noticing Dylan was still sleeping. Leaning over, he gave him a kiss on the cheek, receiving weird looks for the people next to him. Starting the car and getting back on the road, he continued their trip.

About a half hour later, Dylan slowly opened his eyes. Sitting up, he rubbed them softly and yawned. "Where are we?" He mumbled.

Ian was a little startled, hearing Dylan's voice. Looking quickly over at him, then right back to the road, he replied, "Almost there."

Dylan smiled and snuggled back into the seat, facing Ian. "You look really cute....." His hand traced softly over Ian's.

Feeling his heart race a little and his cheeks brighten a tint, he replied, "I should be saying the same to you." Ian felt Dylan's finger on his hand, and he wished more than anything to stop driving and lean over and kiss him.

Biting his lip softly, Dylan smiled. "I told you to keep your eyes on the road though...."

Ian smirked, replying, "There was no one on the road. So I figured that there would be no harm in sneaking a quick glance at you." He stopped, and then started again. "Plus, I just stopped somewhere to get some gas, so I got to look at you then." He kept his eyes on the road the entire time.

Dylan eyed the coke bottles in the cup holders. "But still an animal could run out...." He looked up at Ian. "May I have a coke?"

He gave in, sighing. "Fine, I won't steal glances at you anymore." Hearing Dylan speak, he nodded, "Sure, one of them was for you any way."

His fingers gently ran over Ian's cheek. "I'd rather see your face unscarred..... God forbid....." Dylan shivered at a distant memory. He picked up a coke and opened it slowly, taking a large gulp from it.
