"I guess not, huh?" sighed Flamewnd, feeling the same way. "Tell you what, though. If you'd like, I can show you some hunting and fighting moves!"

Midnightkit's eyes lit up, "Can you!" She asked

FLamewind smiled warmly. "Of course!" she said. SHe crouched into a hunting position for getting mice. "THis stance is for catching a mouse," she began.

Midnightkit looked closely and did the same but her tail kept making dirt fly around. But then she made it stay still, remembering how her mother did it.

Flamewind giggled. "You're doing pretty well!" she said. She pounced, and looked as if she really did catch something. Sure enough, there was a mouse in her jaws.

Midnightkit's eyes let up at what she said, she pounced on a leaf and it was hooked between her claws. She got it out and did it once again. She pounced again and landed to hard and she could here the mouse running away. "Aw..."

(yeah i really do not know what to write so i'm going to write a sort of summary of the whole prophecy thing 3nodding

Duskwind dreamt of her past. She dreamt of the chaos of the last war.

So many cats died...Thunderstar, Scorpionwing, Shadowstar....could I have saved them? If I had done more...if I had stopped PebbleClan from kidnapping the kits then FireClan wouldn't have declared war on PebbleClan! I have to keep this from happening again! I feel a war brewing...or maybe I'm just paranoid... And then she jerked her head up as she remembered the prophecy. The prophecy given to Kindlestar, Duskwind accompanied her to the Moon Tree to seek guidance from StarClan. In return StarClan gave her a prophecy:
When the rising sun takes the life of one of your own, the moon will shed blood
That was the advice StarClan gave them! How was Duskwind supposed to keep her clan safe if she couldn't even understand what StarClan was saying! Not even the whole clan knows about the prophecy. Only Kindlestar, Firesong, and I know. I'm sure it's to prevent any panic or irrational impulsive decisions that some cats might make. It's for the best, I'm sure of it.
Duskwind wondered which one of her clanmates would lose their life to fufill the omnious prophecy. Could she possibly prevent their death? But there one thing she needed to know. Which one? Which one?!

((Okay. And sure, time skip has begun!))

Kindlestar yawned as she shifted in her nest. She had been feeling a lot better from her greencough, and she could be up and out of her den more often. She licked her whiskers as she got up and stretched, her backbone creaking a little as she arched her back.

Her ears perked as soon as she noticed that there was something different in the air. The smell of the air in her den was moist, and almost humid, reminding her of her days in the nursery during the last new leaf.

Enthusiasm running through her, she ran out of the leader's den and looked around. The snow had melted overnight, leaving a muddy ground and puddles. However, the sound of the birds chirping in the trees brought signs of a new life, and new prey would soon fill the forest.

"Finally... things may just look up," she muttered to herself, the prophesy still clinging to her like moss to a rock.

The warm new leaf sunshine shone on Smilekit as he sprang out of the nursery, his mother said he could go out for a little while as long as he stayed out of trouble, of course trouble always finds him. Or maybe he finds trouble. "Any unsuspecting tails that need pouncing anywhere?" Smilekit whispered to himself as she crouched and looked around for "prey".

Flamewind laughed. "You'll get better," she smiled to Midnightkit.

Sun padded around the camp for lack of anything to do, being a prisoner.

FLamewind padded around the camp as well.

Spicekit was rolling around on a ball of moss outside the nursery. She purred and awed at it playfully. She clawed at it and threw it in the air.

Duskwind was grooming herself right outside of the nursery, while keeping an eye on Smilekit. Oh StarClan, why did he have to inherit my mischievous nature? She also kept an eye on Sun, she still didn't trust him.

Smilekit saw something move in the corner of his eye. He dropped into a hunter's crouch, or something that resembled that, and moved towards Spicekit.  

[Dood-sama]

Flamewind had been coughing every now and then, but she had no other sign of illness. Sun was beginning to get worried. "Hello," he said to her as he passed by her in his walk around the camp.

Flamewind smiled a worrisome smile. "Hello," she answered back, then began to wash herself. When she finished, she go up, coughed a bit, got a drink, then coughed some more.

Whisperpaw stood up and began to pace around.

Midnightkit sighed, she was bored. She's been in the camp for a bit now but she still wasn't used to being around so many cats at once. And the other kittens, they still seemed a bit strange to her.
