Creamtail closed her eyes and sighed. What was going on around her, and why did nothing seem to be positive anymore? She yearned for the days when all she had to do was nothing but lie around camp dreaming. But there was something that she needed to do now, and she knew it.
"Where's Dawnlight?" she asked aloud, hoping someone who could help her would answer.

Dawnlight purred in amusement. "Oh, but that is why we must be fast. You see, their large paws are great for hunting us down, but they are smaller than us," he snarled in a murderous voice.

Kindlestar padded out of her den, Blazewhisper following her when she saw Creamtail asking around for Dawnlight.

"He may still be out hunting with Thrushpaw and Warpaw," Kindlestar called at her as she padded towards a patch of sunlight in the middle of the clearing.

"Hunting with two apprentices? That can't be good!" Creamtail said in response to Kindlestar. "I need to talk to him! He's the only one who can straighten my mind out!"

Thrushpaw looked dubiously at Dawnlight. "Really?" He asked. Dawnlight sounded serious.  

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Kindlestar gave Creamtail a curious look. "Dawnlight can help you with what you have in mind? Well, I suppose that is a first," she mewed in a bright voice. "However, I am afraid I do not know how long he will be gone. You know he takes a while hunting..." she added.

Dawnlight sneered. "Oh yes it is. However, I can teach you how to defeat them. The trick is to get them before they hear you. If you surprise them, they are defenseless."

Midnight walked around again

Thrushpaw nodded, still unsure. "Okay, I scent a rabbit nearby, but I think it's a den. Do you think I can sneak into it without being heard?"  

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Dawnlight shook his head. "They will feel your movements, and your scent will reach them before they can hear you. However, we can keep looking. FireClan territory is shock full of burrows, and that means rabbits galore, except on leaf bare..." he muttered, his ears flattening.

Creamtail let out a low, fierce growl. "I know this, but I need him now!" She looked at Kindlestar, before shaking her head and running out of camp. "I'm going to go find him!" she called back. "I really need to tell him what's on my mind!"

"Territory it is!" Sprintsong mewed smiling. "Come follow me little one."

Forestpaw purred and raced after her mentor. Her bright eyes shimmered in the light as her tortoiseshell fur shifted colors in the light.

Sprintsong bounded up to the edge of the Fireclan territory. "This is where our territory isended to Shadowclan." Sprintsong murmered. "You must be very carefull with these cat, and of course you know never to go into any other clans territory."

Badgerkit pinned his ears back and ignored Tigerkit. mouse-brained sister! see what i care! Badgerkit looked up when he saw Firesong on edge "what is it?"

Emptykit leaped blindly through the bushes. All she wanted to do was just get away from Badgerkit. "He doesn't understand! That Badgerkit! He's so mean!" Emptykit's eye's were filling with tears. "Mouse-brained Badgerkit, i hate you!"

Emptykit heard her name and sped up "I wont forgive you Badgerkit! So don't even try it!!"

Emptykit started to slow down, that wasn't Badgerkit's voice. Emptykit turned angrily "what do you want Tigerkit!?" she snarled.
