Here are a few ideas of the top of my head love. I was going to use them for the guild I was going to create but decided not to when I found your guild *^.~*
Ranking System - ((Still in progress))
-Pokemon allowed, (amount of Pokemon as well) ((This is at the Admin's or my discretion))
-evolutions allowed, ((See above))
-Power Tiers, and sub tiers, ((As long as it doesn't make you unbeatable, I generally don't care. Later, I will make systems for this.))
Pokemon stats - ((Just keep it somewhat realistic))
~Example of an easy point stat system~
Level: 1
Hp: 7
Atk Pwr: 7
Def: 7
Special Atk Pwr: 7
Special Def: 7
Spd: 7
How to raise level: Battling, feeding, special items, etc.
Has a Max level cap depending on Ranking.
Every level up will be given a certain amount of points to put into the stats as the trainer sees fit.
Maybe more to come... ((Like I said above))
Story Wise Ideas -
-Have a certain thread that is solely for storyline announcements, events, updates, time (like a made up date, morning, evening, late night, etc) ((It's on my to do list))
-Gyms!!!! Try to incorporate the Pokemon Gyms and Gym Leaders into the story! We can have people role play the leaders with their own original characters. ((Important NPCs are to be played by the highest rank member online))
-Give a bit more of a back story to the guild, it is somewhat skeletal and random.... No one likes ut when they can't understand the story's situation love. ((Here's the situation: We don't like Team Rocket because most of our members have been wronged by them at some point or simply want to do something about it))
-Have storyline events, like a day in Pokemon daycare, etc,etc. ((Me or Rex set up the situations for RPs. You are free to suggest possible group missions, however.))
-Have a kind of social rewards system! Something that rewards characters who interact with other characters and form friendships and rivalry! (like in the Persona Games!) ((What you get out of this guild is up to you. I have no way to reward this, nor can I do so in all good conscience.))
-Allow the creation of 'bad characters' who maybe are part of Team Rocket! That way you won't have a one sided guild but a continuous tug of war fight! (Personally I love the idea XD..) You of course will be in control of the leader of Team rocket. (It will be your character love) ((This as well is on my to do list))
-create a thread for "offical Pokemon PvP fights" XD Hold events there like tournaments and reward the trainers who are at the top! icon_biggrin.gif ((When more members join, this will be more feasible.))
Create a list of all the items in the Pokemon world. (Pretty easy just go to a Pokemon Site XD ) ((As events progress and the HQ becomes more complete, the shop will carry more items. You may suggest items in the Unique Team Soul Items if you can think of any))
