I suppose. People tend to have respect for one that they think is dangerous.

This is not going to work, but....

I keep debating with my half-brother because he never seems to give up his point no matter how wrong it is. It has escalated to obscene heights due to his....well, you know him so you can probably guess at many of his flaws.

Well, the best way to mend this issue is to simply not argue with your half-brother. He obviously needs excessive amounts of leeway to see how wrong he is, even if he's not wrong at all, so backing off would be a good thing to do.

That depends on one factor. If he also agrees to back off then everything would come out fine. Of course a restraining order would be perfect but I can stand this deal.
