@Patch: XD Hey, if they are, they are.

@ShadowSharrow: I don't know if they come in threes. Why not twos? Then you're done with them already. Oh, or in ones. Although, that means you've had two ones already. Which also makes two, I guess. Why not nine?

@Tea: Ouch. Sorry to hear about Madrona. D: Maybe you can honour her in that story on the half-way-mark for your scarf? Might seem a little.. paltry in return, mind, but.. hey, I don't really know a lot about honouring one's vehicles post-humously. XD;

I think I need a party in her honor.

At least a good toast. I just wish she wasn't totaled. If she was five dollars shy, I would spend the cash.

I'm sorry Tea, a wake would likely be a good idea. 3nodding

Well, cars like oil and gasoline, so... Cheesey things, fried things, and a good, strong red wine.

If only colin and justin did altar decor instead of interior decor crying

I have one altar for general use for every being I honour. I also have a couple of shrines, and poseidon gets one ^_^
I have two shells. One is really elaborate that I just found in the loft, the second is quite dull, but it's big and usual to find in england, I found it myself.

So, should the one I found myself (it washed up at my feet!) go on the shrine and the elaborate one go on the altar? Or vise verca?
What do you think? ninja
PostPosted: Sat Dec 08, 2007 4:08 pm
I tend to think of shrines as things for pretties and alters for pragmatic use.

I'm so sorry! She was a wonderful car.

You left your matcha scoop-thing (actual name is escaping me) on my kitchen counter.

And I've forgotten how exhausting working full-time is.

My mother and I got about 80% of our Christmas shopping done today. One store even gave away free wrapping paper. As much as I hate shopping, I actually had fun.
I bought myself a B-52's hits cd for $9. I am now rocking out to "Rock Lobster" and I am happy.
