Badgerkit watched as Emptykits fur fluffed out in rage. "Don't mock Kindlestar!! And you call yourself a Fireclan warrior? True warriors treat their leaders with respect!!!" Emptykit was starting to raise her voice.

Morningwind looked up, she heard a commotion starting outside of the nursery. "Emptykit?"

Dawnlight snarled at the kit and shoved her back with his forepaw.

"Careful how you speak to me kit. You have no idea what it is like to be a warrior, not yet," he growled, then looked up when he heard Morningwind's mew. "Looks like your mother's calling. Go crawl back to the nursery you overgrown rat."

Flamewind was scared. She wondered what the comotion was all about, but she was scared that she would no longer be able to help her clan. She knew that she had an impending death, but she wasn't sure exactly when.

((I am not sure about the war. Firesong has yet to answer. Must be busy with holiday stuff. wink I am guessing anyways. sweatdrop As for Lovepaw, if I am not mistaken Sorrowkit rped her and she was banned from the guild, so we can just claim she died or something. sweatdrop ))

Emptykit fell backward hard from the massive force of the paw. "Take it back!" Emptykit was about to lung at Dawnlight, but Badgerkit blocked her. "Stop Emptykit, theres nothing we can do, just let it go." Badgerkit glanced behind him. He was angry that Dawnlight had pushed Emptykit, but he understood his own limits. "Fine." Emptykit growled, going limp against Badgerkit's side. "Come on" Badgerkit leaded Emptykit back to the nursery. I'll get revenge on Dawnlight someday, then with my own strength i can protect Emptykit!

(gah! I feel so out-dated with all the news of who's in the guild, has Patchstar been on recently? Crystalstar and Patchstar seem to never be on . . . )

((If I am not mistaken, Patchy was gone for the holidays. I could be horribly wrong though. xd I cannot say anything about Crystalstar though, as I am afraid that other than in the Gatherings, we do not speak much in the guild. sweatdrop ))

Morningwind looked up worriedly as the two kits truged back into the nursery. "Is there something wrong?" Morningwind purred curiously. Badgerkit was about to explain but Emptykit shoved her way in front of him. "Nothing happened, we were just told that we couldn't go on patrol." Badgerkit looked curiously at Emptykit but she ignored his gaze. "Silly kits, why don't you stay in here for the rest of today? I'm sure your both tired." Badgerkit sighed and followed Emptykit towards their mother. Emptykit is to strong willed, i'll have to be careful that she doesn't get on any more warriors bad sides.

Dawnlight's lip curled as he looked back at the apprentice's den. Warpaw had not woken up yet and he decided he didn't need to wait around for him to wake up.

What she doesn't know won't hurt her. Besides, I have more important things to do than border patrol. The Clan needs food.

With this Dawnlight snorted and padded out of the camp, throwing glances at all sides before running off.

((LOL Well, to be honest, vacation time for some reason tends to make people less active due to trips and whatnot. You would figure it's the other way around. The only trip I make though is to my boyfriend's house, and at the moment, I am avoiding him. ninja ))
