Maze That sounds delicious, and I've never even had roasted elk. .. or.. any other type of elk for that matter. XD But then, I start salivating at the thought of beef jerky too, and they sure as heck don't sell that here.. XD If you ever need a jerky recipe, let me know. blaugh Quote: So, hey, random question, does anyone else have a spider sense? Like, you'll be looking at something, and suddenly, the top of your head goes *SPIDER SENSE TINGLING* in various degrees of (.. Oh, look, I murdered my English again. Uh..) well, sometimes more and sometimes less so? I'm not sure what it's telling me, other than 'ooh, this looks really interesting,' so a few pointers wouldn't hurt, I'm thinking, hehe.. That is, if anyone has a clue as to what I'm going on about, of course. XD; ~blinks~ Could you rephrase that?

I can try. *ponders* The crown of your head, where they always show that lotus flower to be sitting. It sometimes turns itself on and, uh.. well.. tingles at me, I guess? I've taken to using Spidey's trademark sentence when that happens, because I figure that's.. well, probably nothing like it, but the closest pop culture reference I could find that made an ounce of sense. Er, to me. But that doesn't naturally mean it helps you with understanding what I'm saying.. Is that a little clearer, though?

TeaDidikai Maze If I ever get my hands on some meat that I can jerkify, you'll be the first to know. whee London Broil is what I use when I go for the beef. Ah, thank you. I'll check around, see if anything comes up. 3nodding Quote: Kind of. What kinds of things trigger it for you? Several things so far. A picture of a young woman with dark blue hair (and that colour of hair in particular), the otherkin website (although it lessened over time with repeated viewings and I can now look at it without any sort of reaction at all), and occasionally books but my lack of funds is a bad basis for a library. I don't think I ever had it activate when I looked at a book of lore, though. Mostly books about telepathic abilities, and otherworldy stuff. I take it to mean that I should look into that sort of thing, but I was wondering if other people ever experienced something like that, too. Most people (who don't frequent Gaia) that I talk to about stuff as is discussed in this guild can't really claim that they have, apparently, and I got curious. 3nodding

I'm on Thanksgiving break from college, so I'm back in Ohio this week! Finally, a break. That bad thing is all my high school friends aren't very friendly anymore; they don't really want to hang out. So, there goes a friendship that lasted from 6th grade to 12th, all down the toilet within a few months. Wonderful.

TeaDidikai I'm working on Fiddler next. May not be as difficult as it was, depending on how things go in the next couple months. neutral Altho I am more likely to just become migratory than actually settle again.

TeaDidikai Can't keep a gal from trying. Nor would I. I find the virtue of a struggle in it's waging, not it's outcome.

Blue Moon tastes better with Orange than it does with lemon.
Venison brats taste better with Blue Moon than with hefervitizen.

TeaDidikai See- I would hope you would stick around. I need someone to taste my cooking. Mayhaps... but not yet. I'm not the warrior I should be. I need to sort a lot of things out before I can ever have a place I can do more than just visit again.

Anyway . . . "Naomi Tinuveil" is no more; I got banned for being a bad gaian -_-; I used ninja the "B-Word" to help get money for my charity to fight inflation . . . so I was bad gaian but for noble reason, lol.

Ah the American tradition of thanksgiving One of my favorite writers has a rather novel take on it. Warren Ellis Don't forget, my Yanqui readers, the true meaning of Thanksgiving: give your neighbours an infected blanket this Thursday and then move into their houses after they're dead. I wish Gaia had vines or Ivy tattoes. Tea, I love eating, but I could not take food from your table at this time. I'm in a conflicted state, and that's ot something I wish to reward myself for. wink As far as Thanksgiving... 'twas an excellent idea, that fortunately predated that particularly horrid event of biological warfare. I prefer the original spirit of openess with one's neighbors, sharing of bounty, and acceptance of outsiders. Of course, I also want someone to do a motivational poster, with a scene, instead of the natives sharing with the pilgrims, the natives pointing back at the boat and sending the pilgrims home... The caption should say: Closed Borders Are un-American. But that's just my commentary on my nations current, woefull immigration policies.
