"im a new warrior" puffs chest out proudly, "but we can still be friends!"

Eyes of amber just watched all the other cats mingled, despite the fact their pelts clung to their frail bodies because of the rain. The din of others did not completely disrupt the silence that surrounded the kit that simply observed. A yawn emitted from the young male's maw as he slowly turned his head to look at some where else, he was looking at nothing. Yet his eyes seemed transfixed on something despite the fact nothing was there.

Longkit was his name, and thinking was his game. He was a very abnormal kitten, he was quiet, observant, distant and calm, unlike the others that seemed to be bursting with life. No, Longkit liked his nature even though so many others comment on it as if it was a bad thing. Others have pointed out that Longkit had very odd body structure for kit his age. Long limbs, long tail and a long body. He was small but he was a very long kitten. No wonder his name was 'Longkit'

Longkit's wet leopard colored coat clung to his small body, showing every rib bone, every muscle and every kitten fat he had. His long tail flickered side to side, having a mind of its own. His eyes simply transfixed on nothing as his mind began to wander. Thoughts of the past, present and future crossed his mind. . .

"Okay," Moonsong looked down at Sprintsong, "I'm sorry I yelled at you.. " Moonsong mewed. Then she plopped down with Sprintsong and Swiftsoul and huddled up, trying to stay warm.

(aww no one replyd to mine... sad oh well i'll force mah way into the conversation whee ) Then Duskkit spotted Sleetkit talking to Sprintsong and pounced on Sleetkit's tail.

"Ok!" Sleetkit gets up and says "What do you want to do now?"

"I dunno but i sure am hungry" SprintSong mewed.

"Me, too." Swiftsoul agreed. "LEt's see if these old bones move like they used to." She purred.

Old? She didn't look old.

Whisperkit closed her eyes as she gently drifted off to sleep.

Longkit's left ear flickered as he felt a small raindrop fall from the heavens above which had fallen onto his ear. The kit's transfixed gaze slowly turned to investigate the sky. To the kit it seemed dark, dingy, and threatening. As if it was telling the world a warning of another downpour.

A cold shudder ran down the kit's spine and it ended at the tip of his tail, which made it twitch a few times before it settled to its regular state. A light sigh escaped his maw as he turned his head to stare at what he was staring at before nothing. Once again his mind began to wander to the deepest regions of his thoughts.

"Ow!" Sleetkit yelled as he turned to face a kit pouncing on his tail.

"Me, too." Swiftsoul agreed. "LEt's see if these old bones move like they used to." She purred.

Old? She didn't look old.

"We could hunt together, I would love to be an apprentice to you though." SrintSong mewed softly, meaning to say it to herself.

Longkit turned his attention to the kit that just yelped with pain since another of they're peers jumped on his tail. The male kit smirked as he enjoyed the entertainment so he watched, wondering what Duskit and Sleetkit would do next.

Moonsong saw a shivering kit on the other side of the clearing. She padded over to her, "What's your name?" she asked. Then she saw that the young kit wasn't paying attention and so she galnced aroung to see what she was looking at.
Near the apprentices den, a small male kit was pouncing on Sleetkit!
"Hey!" Moonsong yelled, "Leave her alone! Can't you see you're hurting her?"

Longkit heard a voice behind him, not hundred percent sure if the question was directly at him. Still he turned his head to look over his shoulder to see a female warrior. He gave the adult a respectful bow of his head before he answered her question. But he stopped as he noticed she was looking at what he was looking at before. The two kits, Dustkit and Sleetkit.

Sleetkit playfully shoved duskit from his tail and tried pouncing on duskit's tail.
