Blazewhisper chuckled. "WELL..........i think........HE......will honor the code and our clan. I wouldn't have tarined him if i didnt belive it. For nothing is mor important to me then the clans safety." he mewd. Nothing but you kindlestar....

Kindlestar looked down at the large tabby and nodded, turning her attention to Dawnpaw.

"Dawnpaw, you have shown spirit that cannot be dimmened even by the heaviest of fog. You rise back to battle no matter what, and you show your loyalty despite your arrogance," she mewed, her whiskers twitching in amusement at the last part as she blinked warmly at the apprentice that was just as large as his mentor. "For this spirit that cannot be filtered, I give you the name Dawnlight," she yowled, looking out to the Clan.

Dawnlight looked up, his ears perked up and his heart beating fast. He had done it, he had turned into a warrior.

"Dawnlight!" Firesong called, pride and affection once again welling up in her heart. You did it...you became a warrior. No one has ever wanted it more...Dawnlight.

Kindlestar waited for the Clan to stop chanting the new warrior's name to announce the third new warrior.

"Now, Rabbitpaw. You have trained under my eye and you could not have made me prouder. You are shy, but you never let that get the best of you. You have a curiosity that is as quick as your feet and carry you to places that some of us not even dare dream. For this speed of mind and body, I give you the name Rabbitfoot," she announced, beaming down at her apprentice.

Firesong chanted happily along with the others. 3 new warriors...she wondered what Kindlestar wanted to get her opinion on...

Kindlestar waited once again for the Clan to remain quiet, then turned her gaze on each cat before continuing.

"As we know... this past moon has been hard on us. We have had many deaths, and twolegs infiltrating our camp made a mess of things. However, there was one cat that has been able to be there for us always, and who has strived to protect the Clan. This kind of loyalty is what the Clan needs right now to help us. That is why, here under Silverpelt, I declare FireClan's new deputy, Blazewhisper," she announced, looking down at the tom, having to stop a purr from rumbling out as she announced his new position in the Clan.

Dawnlight purred as he heard that his former mentor was the new Clan Deputy. He went over to him to congratulate him, his whiskers twitching with pride.

"Dawnlight! Rabbitfoot! Dawnlight! Rabbitfoot!" called out Thorngaze, his eyes gleaming like the stars in the night sky. His attention flicked over to Kindlestar, awaiting his leader's next words.

"Not yet." meowed Cloudyheart, her eyes flicking to the entrance of the nursery and listening to the new warriors's name. "So, Dawnpaw and Rabbitpaw has already become a warrior?" thought Cloudyheart, her whiskers twitching.

Robinkit glanced blindly and rubbing her eyes with her paw. "I can't see!" Her ears perked up as she heard a cat's voice, soon ending with a word, "Warrior. Whatever that is, I'm gonna be one..." thought Robinkit.

Firesong's ear twitched in amusement. Took her long enough....Firesong thought happily.

Thrushkit cleaned the last of the gunk from his eyes, starting to make out some color among the vague shapes. He heard the chanting and perked up, trying to take in every word that was said.

Kindlestar cleared her throat one last time before finishing the ceremony.

"Now, as it is customary, the new warriors will have a silent vigil while the rest of us have a well deserved rest," she purred, and once she said this she bounced down from the rock and sat at it's edge, watching the Clan in celebration, her tail twitching happily.

Firesong resisted the urge to yawn. okay, what was Kindlestar going to tell her. She stood by the edge of the rock, waiting for the leader to approach her and say something.

Kindlestar looked over to where Firesong sat and walked over to her.

"You must be tired," Kindlestar mentioned apologetically. "So, what do you think of Blazewhisper?" she mewed, looking over at the new deputy, a small shine in her eyes.

Sharpclaw nodded when she heard her brother was deputy it was a good choice.Sharpclaw sighed and stood up then walked out of camp. Warpaw turned to where Sharpclaw was sitting and saw that she left camp and he followed quietly after her to see what she was doing

"I think he's a fine choice. One that was a long time in coming, too." She resisted the urge to chuckle. "so was that what you were worried about? Because no one could deserve it more than Blaze..."

Thrushkit wandered back to his nest. All that excitement had made him sleepy.

Sharpclaw walked to the Fire pond and sat down at the edge and stared into the water. Warpaw quietly hid under a bush

Robinkit wandered back to her mother's scent, and curled up in the soft nest. "I'll go explore tomorrow." she thought.

Cloudyheart welcomed her two kits by a lick on their ear and curled up beside her kits, her dark green eyes flashing over to the entrance. "Blazewhisper is the next deputy...? Then Kindlestar has chose well." thought Cloudyheart, closing her eyes, awaiting sleep to take over.

Thorngaze padded to the center of the camp, sitting down as his clanmates went to their den.
