Hi Joshua/Ridley,

Thanks for the PM. I don't disagree with a word of what you've said. Our communication has been all over the place over the years. Sometimes we're good at it, and sometimes we've been really bad. We've also been bad in the past about promising something, and then not delivering (or not delivering exactly what people expected).

There are a couple of things that I think are worth mentioning based on your comments. First, we definitely get the message. I know there's nothing I can show you right now, and again I don't want to set a false expectation, but we had a meeting this morning about how to do a better job making sure our presence is felt, which included all of my managers. We're likely not going to be fantastic at it, but we can be better.

We're also looking at how we can do something broader than an ATA to get more people participating. Or at least to make it more organized so we don't have repeat questions every week. Again, no promises, but it's on our radar.

Same thing with Alchemy. Being frank, I'm learning about Alchemy myself because it was created while I was gone (I was with the company for awhile, and then left to pursue my own startup before coming back), so I'm not the best person to speak about it. But we are definitely taking a hard look at it in the next few weeks. That doesn't mean we'll make changes (again, not promising anything I'm not sure we can deliver), but we're definitely not just paying lip service when I say that. Again, I know there's nothing that I can do at the moment to show you otherwise, so hopefully you'll just take it on faith at the moment. But even with that, I think your larger point is still totally valid. Once we decide on a direction (which may be to keep it exactly as is), we need to do a better job of communicating that to you so that at a minimum everyone is on the same page. Even if you don't agree with us, I want people to understand - or at least be aware of - our reasoning.
