Errol: Hmm... I've never had any problems with photobucket. I'm sad to hear that they have crappy customer service though...
I did read through the license agreement but it seems reasonable since they're only asking to use your images on their website and services and the permission to transfer your images to secondary providers in case you wanted to use their printing or other services.... Also they included the clause of "where you have made your User Content public" in some parts.
Maybe I'm misinterpreting it but I don't personally find it that alarming, even though I don't like the idea of people using my artwork without asking me... however I believe the agreement is aimed at being able to execute their services (such as resizing, displaying etc) and avoiding any undue legal action.
I've been using photobucket since 2004 and I love being able to dig back to my images from that time and still have them there and available :F.

Mostly though, I don't like the lack of service to paying customer. Of course, that would be because I paid them. xd
