Whisperkit looked up and saw Moonlight. Her and her kits looked so much warmer than she was. She stood up and began to pad towards them. "Hello..." She mewed tentatively.

Riverpaw raced over to Bear, touching noses with him in relife. "A fire started, and everyone had to evacuate. But now it's raining! And there's no where to find shelter." she wailed, flicking her ear as a fat raindrop splattered on it. "I'm so sorry you had to come at this time. Fireclan isn't usually in this terrible condition." she mewed, her gaze sweeping over the wet and discouraged cats.

Moonlight purred, "Hello, would you like to keep warm with us?" She was cold, but the poor kit must be much colder than she.

Bear touched Riverpaw with his nose, "I'm glad I came. I've lived through worse than rain, and I wanted to be with you." He meowed, heat shot through him.

Ashkit poked his head out from under Moonlights belly. "hi! It's nice and warm under here! but. . .a little cramped. . ." Ashkit then let out a murrow of laughter, then dug farther under moonlight's belly. "can't belive it's raining! Pluse a a Fire all in one night to!" Ashkit shivered and tried to fall asleep.

"Thank you." Whisperkit mewed. Then, to Ashkit, she replied "I don't like fire. It's too hot."
