i think it's because the face is where capillaries are most closest to the skin, it's why you blush, because we are social being, and coincidentally it's why the face bleeds so much when you cut it. melatonin breaks and capillaries show.... but i could be wrong ~pushes up glasses~ =B

Well first you make a character in the Character Database and/or pick a canon RE character from the Resident Evil Character topic. When you make or pick a character to play as then you can jump in the rp.
