La parkour, the art of displacement.

It the movement from point A to B in a straight line, overcoming all obstacle in your way quickly, and efficently, scaling walls, leaping from roof top to roof top, fliping over walls, vaulting over bars with easy. That's parkour. biggrin

Freerunning is kind of becoming the sister of parkour. Tho they still remain under the same heading,

A free runner, and a tracure are very different but.

Free runners = to show off.

Tracure = to over come.

Free runners focus on looking good while doing it without a point being needed to be reached.

Tracures are go from point a to point b as quick as possible screw grace, just do it quickly.

=P Tho they do go hand in hand. aka free runners can be tracures and vis versa. razz It pretty well collapsed back into one, not like it use to be.
