Seeing that Sharpclaw was still sleeping, Firesong curled up for a nap of her own. the familiar smells of herbs and earth lulled her to sleep.

Blazewhisper sat next to kindlestar with sadness in her eyes she didnt know what to do. "why am i so weak kindlestar? do you think the clan will be better with out me?"

waterpaw mewd to dawnpaw. "dont be so hard on Blazewhisper. she never had to deal with so much pain beofre and she always bottles up her feelings and now they just busted out. why dont you go comfort her?"

Kindlestar's ears flattened as she heard Blazewhisper. She knew Blazewhisper was talking to her from friend to friend, not from warrior to leader, and she was grateful for the trust that Blazewhisper was showing. She cleared her throat and wondered what to say. After a while, she examined Blazewhisper, wondering what had made this strong warrior's ego get so wounded.

"Why do ask such things? You are a mentor, the strongest warrior in the Clan and you handled the badger mission perfectly. You even killed the badger, which was more than I expected," she replied kindly, her eyes tired but with a determined glow in them.

Dawnpaw glanced at Waterpaw. He hadn't noticed that the female apprentice had followed them. After taking a bite from the crow he shrugged.

"Why should I? I do not really know what has her like this, and she doesn't particularly care for me, just like I do not particularly care for her," he snarled, his eyes glinting as he thought of his mentor's dismissal.

Silverpaw walked over to an empty corner of camp, her tail drooping. She layed down and stared blindly, but sadly, out at camp. Silverpaw sighed sadly, wanting to cry for her lost mother. She dropped her sight to the ground and just layed their, sadness could be sensed from her a mile a away.

@Frostfang: I think that the newest thing that you should know is that the war is over, a badger and a fox attacked, Sprintsong and Sharpclaw are very hurt, Dewpool died giving birth... and that would be about it I think. 3nodding ))
