I like these items.
They're very nice, and much better priced than the last ones. 3nodding

Yup! It works so beautifully too, considering I even got my essay handed in on time with much less stress because of it...

Quote:
The concept of hangunder was first mooted by Pratchett in his vastly popular Discworld series. Being hungunder was long thought to be only possible through the drinking of counter-wise wine, the modus operandi being that it gives you the negative effects of alcohol before consumption. This of course is the fictional hangunder.

In real life a hangunder is also an achievable possibility. It is what occurs when one becomes too sober. In the real world the cause of a hangunder is an excessive indulgence in the substance known as coffee. Suffering from a hangunder has several symptoms which can be readily identified by concerned friends. These include incredibly wide eyes (often combined with a maniacal wild-eyed stare), listening to the same song on repeat for hours at a time but failing to learn the words, or in extreme cases even remember the tune, and a preference for eating freeze dried coffee, because “it’s easier than boiling the kettle.” Hangunders are incredible common in students staying up all night doing work that should have been in yesterday, casualty doctors who like doing extra shifts in their spare time, mothers who have just had their first child, and discovered that their husband can sleep through the baby crying every night because “work was tiring,” and snakes which can’t shut their eyes and are in a permanent state of hungunderness due to a lack of sleep which causes their bad tempers (which is why they bite humans).

It is important not to confuse being hungunder with insomnia. Insomnia is an illness, and people suffer through no fault of their own. A hangunder is self-inflicted, often by people who need to be awake for extended periods of time.

Also can be used to describe the feeling of a giddy, playful intoxication the morning after a night of heavy drinking. "I know I drank a case last night and only slept for 4 hours, but i feel amazing right now. I'm so hungunder". jc

I'm sick, and it sucks. A lot. I passed out in my bed at about 7, so now I'm up at 3 in the morning.

I may be making a trip to the emergency room, as I have yet to find a general doctor that take Medicaid. I may end up wasting their time, but I'm concerned enough about my symptoms to want to see someone. The sore throat is typical for me, but the ear pains, and whitish swellings inside my throat...not so much.

I have collapsed eardrums, so good luck with the ears.

Did not they send you a list of doctors when you got your medicaid information? Which plan did they stick you under? They had put me under chase before they took it away. They also did not send me by February card til the 21 so I had a whole seven days to get into a doctor to get checked out as to why I have had a headache for a long time. I didnt make it.

The local social service people are absolutely no help. They barely gave me enough information to fill out my application. And I don't know what plan. All my information said was Medicaid.

Thankfully, this morning, I managed to find a website that gives doctors that accept Medicaid, in the area. So I'm going to start calling around this afternoon.

AngryRobotsInc. I hope you find a good doctor and feel better soon. It's no fun being sick. sad

Btw, does anyone have any good suggestions on putting together a vegetarian diet? I need to know how much of what foods I need to eat every week to stay healthy.

Thanks.

I try to keep around a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. Fruit cups as well. I make a lot of stuff from scratch. If you're trying to stay away from mock meats, lots of beans, grains, and rice. Nuts are good too, but try to avoid the really fatty ones. Peanut butter is nice for quick sandwiches. If you're doing ovo-lacto vegetarian, that makes things a lot easier too.

If you're eating mock meats, I'd suggest trying Boca products first, if you can get them where you are. Boca seems to be a favorite of many vegetarians and vegans (myself include. I looooove their burgers). For veggie dogs, Morningstar's are good (but not vegan), and the types that come in a can as well. Don't cook them in water, though. Fry them in some olive oil. Pretty much any mock meat is going to need some added oil. I learned that the hard way, by trying to cook some veggie bacon that turned into bacon flavored cardboard.

Try to vary your diet, otherwise it can get pretty boring. Also, it's healthier to have a variety of things. If you can't find any good veggie products in your area, there's always the internet. I shop at Vegan Essentials, which is (obviously) a vegan web store. They have wide range of food products.

Also, the internet is a good place to find recipes. PETA (while made up of crazies) has a good recipe selection on their website, and Vegweb.com has a wide selection of recipies as well. Both of those are vegan (I eat a lot of vegan meals, even as a lacto-ovo vegetarian).

I must say, I have no intention of ever going veg, but the food is tasty.

Take a look at veganlunchbox. That food is amazing looking.

Once I ran to you (I ran)
Now I'll run from you
This tainted love you've given
I give you all a boy could give you
Take my tears and that's not nearly all
Tainted love
Tainted love

My father retired and took a job working at a homeless shelter. This is his first weekend, and he has the weekend night shift.

He plans on waking people up on Sunday with a kick to their bed and "Christ is Risen, and so should you!"

It seriously runs in the family, I tell you.
