Jayflight looked at waterpaw, "Were going to learn how to hunt rabbits today, "She told her first apprentice.
Opalheart ran around the moor looking for a good spot to hunt. he made it all the way to the firepond where he saw dewpool breathing heavily. "Dewpool? Dewpool?! Mom?! whats wrong?!" he needed to get firesong, but he didn't have enough time to run back to camp.

Firesong was worried. Dewpool had been having a tough pregnancy, and Firesong had expected complications. She grabbed a few herbs from her den and took off, leaving a rather bemused Thornpaw behind. She headed for the firepond on instinct, and soon caught the scent of both Opalheart and Dewpool.

Dawnpaw padded around the camp grounds, his ears flat. He didn't like how Blazewhisper had dismissed him so easily. And the fact that Sharpclaw had gotten attacked when she had deserted them might make the other cats start asking questions. He spat a little and headed towards the apprentice den to cool off.

Kindlestar sat in front of the medicine cat den, quiet. She didn't know what to say or what to do. Sharpclaw had always had a way of getting hurt around badgers, but those wounds didn't look like badger's wounds. She turned her head and noticed Dawnpaw entering the apprentices den and headed after him. "Dawnpaw!" she called after the orange tabby apprentice, wishing to know what had happened.

Sharpclaw coughed up a bit of blood but didn't move,and blood was still coming out of her neck and body.

Warpaw nodded "And maybe we can find whatever did this to Sharpclaw,"Warpaw said and his claws slid out at the thought.

Blazewhisper looked to dawnpaw's back. i'll get him later "sharppaw tell me who did this!"

waterpaw jumped in the air "okay!"

Dawnpaw look behind and noticed Kindlestar padding towards him. "What do you want?" he snarled at her, but flinched back when he saw the cold look in her eyes.

Kindlestar sighed as she realized that the apprentice still lacked some sort of respect for his elders. She looked down at him, realizing she wasn't really all that much older than this apprentice. "I need to know... what happened out there? Did the badger get to you?" she asked in a calm voice, though her eyes were bright with anger and the need for vengeance.

Whitepaw's eyes widen. "Keep your claws sheared, Warpaw. It might not be worth it."

Thornpaw watched Firesong, Confused. "W-why had so many things happened?" Thought Thornpaw. For the First time, Thornpaw felt lonely. Jumping to his paws, Thornpaw went into the Clearing. He went straight to Cloudyheart, Someone that would explain. "How did this happened?!" growled Thornpaw, His fur was bristling. He didn't dare try asking Dawnpaw.

Cloudyheart looked at the young, brown apprentice with eyes full of tiredness. "I don't know, Thornpaw." meowed the young warrior.Turning around, Cloudyheart padded over to Kindlestar, "Is there anything you would like me to do?" asked Cloudyheart. She decided to do more for the Clan then rest herself.  

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Dawnpaw stared up at Kindlestar and shook his head. "We found the badger, and Blazewhisper killed it before any of us took any real damage. Sharpclaw padded off soon afterwards while Blazewhisper inspected to see if any of us were hurt. We found out she was like this when we got back to camp. Blazewhisper got a bad feeling is all," he added, his lips back in a snarl as he told what happened.

Kindlestar's ears flattened. "Well... guess what Dawnpaw. You are coming with me, and we are going to see what happened. Guide me to the place where you saw her leaving, we will follow her track from there," she mewed, signaling for him to guide.  

[Kitsune Thistletree]

Kindlestar looked back as she saw Cloudyheart padding towards her. She saw how tired the warrior looked and felt a pang of sympathy. "I believe that I heard Firesong say something about running low on poppy seeds. Do you think you could accompany Thornpaw to look for some? I'm afraid of letting go of apprentices with all that is going on," she mewed, turning around and following Dawnpaw, who was already at the entrance of the camp.

"It was this way," he meowed, running to where they had killed the badger, but turning around to where Sharpclaw's blood stench emanated from. "What is that smell?" he snarled, his lips curled back from the stench.

Sharpclaw looked at her sister without moving her head "Fox....dead...river,"Sharpclaw said quietly inbetween coughs of blood.

"Sorry it's just...Sharpclaw is my family even though we're not from the same litter,"Warpaw said

((I don't know so im just skipping to when The kit is born and im just dieing.))

"Opalheart......i nee-need you to....do me a favor. Please...take this kit, back-Back to the cl-clan." She said. Tears started to stream down her cheeks. "Her-Her name is- Is Sorr-Sorrow- kit." And with that, Dewpool dropped to the ground, Her breathing stopped, and she never moved again. But her face was filled with a smile, she had no regrets.

As Firesong ran up, she saw that Dewpool was dead. She looked sadly at Opalheart.

((@Sharpclaw: I know, but Kindlestar doesn't even know that it was a fox that attacked you, not until she smells it anyways. xd Kindlestar never really was the type to sit around to see what happens. ninja ))

Kindlestar's own lips curled back in a snarl, which was unusual for her. "That is fox. More dangerous than badgers, as they are smarter. Best be car..." she started, but trailed off as they reached the site and saw the fox was dead. She flattened her ears and sniffed it with disgust. "At least Sharpclaw made sure it saw the worse of it," she muttered, her eyes shining.

Dawnpaw glanced over at Kindlestar and back at the fox. "Who knew the scrawny cat had it in her?" he sneered, his tail high. He flinched again however as soon as he saw Kindlestar glaring at him again. He didn't understand what it was in the glare of that tiny cat that scared him so much, but he reckoned she was not a warrior to be taken lightly despite her regular happy go lucky attitude and her small size. "Should we go back?" he asked her, his paws shifting uneasily.

Ghostkit walked around hunting and soon found himself my the fire pond. he looked to the other side and saw dewpool lying there. he ran over and asked, "wh-whats going on?"
