For the gainlessly unemployed, that relaxation phase is permanent. Well, except for being expected now to take care of the whole house. Which is fine, because I just ignore doing that until I start getting yelled at.

This weekend's relaxation phase involves mead, men and song... with some axe throwing "tossed" in. Maybe some spear throwing too.

Just out of curiosity, what do you use as a target? You've probably run out of fluffies in your area to skewer, what with all the gnawing and rending and little fluffcakes you bake...

I have a ring tan. I've worn my Claddagh ring the whole time I've been here and I now have a white band around my index finger contrasting with my tan. I noticed this because I have to take the ring off to play flute. I played Doppler. It's fun and sounds impressive when it's actually relatively easy to play. Hooray for the simplicity of scales!

I need work on my spear throwing.

Just out of curiosity, what do you use as a target? You've probably run out of fluffies in your area to skewer, what with all the gnawing and rending and little fluffcakes you bake...

Actually... I haven't, see- they breed like rabbits. sweatdrop Actually, we have a range set up at Thorfin's. It's a stump with three 2x4's for legs. And I am afraid we need a new one. I've hacked it to bits as is.

Naw... I'd rather use "The Goddess is alive and Magic is a foot" bumperstickers papercliped to "Meat is Murder!".

I forgot to mention why the bumper stickers and not the hubcap sized pent.

It's simple really- any pagan that is strong enough to lift and wear said pent is too stringy and requires hours of braising to make into a good rabbit stew.

Instead, save a cow- eat a vegetarian... pagan pagen.
