I couldn't see myself doing anything else, if I'd chosen to do something else, I feel like it would've gone nowhere.

I've always been drawing, but my decision to make this my future career was made when I was 4 years old and watched my relatives draw. I have always strived for it since then.

I am into reading, alot! I thought it would be cool to draw some of the characters, how you picture them in your head. That's kinda the reason why I started. Before this I was always doodling in my notebook or paper never really thought too much into it until now biggrin

Writing is more of a passion for me than art. I draw so I can illustrate my stories/make them into comics.

I got into it only because an assignment of mine was made "work of the month" by my art teacher. That gave me some confidence to start working on my own, and I got more good reviews. So, in the end, I'm just doing this to make myself feel nice.

I get inspired to draw different topics but art in general I have no idea. Ever since I was little I always liked drawing. Actually I did want to be an artist when I was little but got side tracked trying to keep up with the "smart" people. All I know is I really really like art, even when I did try to do other things, I couldn't escape it.

I'm into a lot of stuff and art is one part of it. Cooking, photos, painting, drawing, it all comes back to how it makes me feel so....complete and filled. And as a mother who doesn't have much time to herself this is very important to me

I've always loved creating. Whether it be music, literature, photography or drawing.

The ability to see, imagine and bring it to life. heart

I'm constantly filling my head with melodies, lyrics, words, and meld them together.

The same as when I create a character, their story, thoughts, personalities, beliefs, backgrounds, location...

So yea... Before I keep writing for the rest of the night... xD

To be able to put images to paper and portray them successfully...
To be able to let others see, hear what I do...

Those are my artistic goals.

I sincerely beleive I am a terrible artist/doodler. My one goal is actually to find an eraser that erases completely all pencil marks below it! I hate smudgeness! But err... Lets see I think I really started doodling/drawing more in 3rd grade when I drew a ballerina and my teacher put it in her cabinet. I had to move to Texas and I visited about 2 years later. I was so sad when I saw the cabinet, it was still in the exact same spot. I was so happy too~ Anyways enough for me I give you all good luck!

Meh, I'm not sure why I do art. Personally I see art as one of the very few things that a robot wont be able to do in my lifetime, so it is a pretty much secure career choice. Oh... also I love to draw and I cant do a normal job because I get bored to easily.

I failed at everything else. Art was the only thing that I excelled at. So I made it a career.

It's all good.

What inspired me to start drawing, was when in kindergarden we had this little class project and they said they would pick 1 piece of artwork to go into this art school's art gallery. So I worked really hard on my piece and then luckily when the time to pick came by they chose my little picture i had made and from then I started looking into art which got me into trying to draw realistically which failed then when i started looking at anime and manga I started to devolop my first drawing in grade 4 and then in grade 7 I had finally met another artist who i thought was better then me for the first time, So from then on out I've continuously strive to become better.
Plus like the person above me I fail at everything else 8D

drawing has always been something i did to kill time in school, but after seeing someone draw better than me (not like i was even that good but still) it spurred me into getting better

now i mostly draw as a hobby, but i still enjoy learning new things and improving on what i know
