Uncle Haijin @SBT: Eh, people don't have an obligation to do original art. If just drawing fanart makes them happy, so what? Most artists on the Internet are never going to be professional anyway and have no desire to, so they might as well be happy doing something they like. At the same time I think you grow more as an artist if you do something more original sure if it's a casual thing then it's fine but if they want to become professional then I personally think 100% fanart isn't the way to go just my opinion

Jayce Reinhardt I had to look up Wheadon's Law. but I don't purposely PM people I don't like and start drama with em. seems hypocritical. Yeah, I'd block them...but goddamn, it's kinda funny too. The best part is, I have apparently RUINED easter for this user, and I honestly don't think I have ever talked directly to them? Other than the PM, that is.

The Undead Suitor Uncle Haijin Prince Ichi Uncle Haijin Oh, okay. It's hard to keep track of information on Gaia. We need a big directory of information on this site to keep track of important quotes, but that's a lot of work.
And eh, I think the pink shirt is all Saka's fault, since that's her art. Saka's her own can of worms; she's a good artist but her Gaia work is very often not. everything is so skinny and disproportional. D: Like, she's cool and all, but I really don't find her stylization or proportioning to be attractive or well done in the very least.

Jayce Reinhardt Sir Black Tea Meromictic Sir Black Tea as much as I love pictures of couples doing cute things and maybe even sexy things (especially my own couples) I don't let it dominate my artwork jesus if this is her work tumblr then what's her personal like it's like people who do absolutely nothing but fanart Since she's far too busy to even finish an EI, I doubt she has a personal life. The sad thing is is that I would still be friends with her If it floats your boat. But she has all this time to draw porn and not finish what she gets paid for. I'd love a job where I can ******** around as much as I want or be accountable for my actions. s**t Yeah. I would love that job. Do you think Gaia would hire me if I showed them my stick figures?

rs drives me nuts for reasons i can't even being to cohere but i think it mostly involves that kinda creepy weird rl/yaoi line blur that comes with tv fandoms combined with an unashamed waving of blatant bl fandoms all over her work life too to the point where she gets to basically fanart items just so she can have them COUGHNSFWCOUGH. like jesus lasso it in your pants for five seconds.

I think that's what bothers me most about it. It's awkward when they're like, real people shipping - I know they're characters but it just seems a bit off-putting to me. V: But perhaps because they're real people, and said shipping is so aggressive?
