((Heyo Silverkit. Well, I had a chat with Flamewind, and she convinced me to make you and Lovepaw into apprentices. If you want, I can turn you into an apprentice already. There is just the matter of your mentor to discuss, as I do not know if you had settled for one already or if you didn't and would rather have me choose instead.))

Silverkit turned to Warkit, actually facing him. "Hi Warkit," she said, recognizing him by scent. hey i'm getting this down ok now... Silverkit thought, smiling.

"How can you hunt now?" Flakepaw asked Sprintsong. He head was facing the camp.

Firesong's ear twitched in annoyance. "Flakepaw, she's in no condition to take you out hunting, but that doesn't mean she won't be able to later. You'd be amazed at what good medicine can do. " She looked at the injured warrior with worry. there was another smell on her, but the overpowering scent of badger, though faded some, still masked the mystery scent. "Thornkit, I've made a wrapping for Sprintsong's wounds. I'm going to put it on her now, but pay attention. You'll need to learn how to do this. And soon, probably, She thought sadly.

Once she finished, she spoke to Sprintsong, "Kindlestar needs to know what happened. Will you be able to talk to her?"

"I wasn't asking her to take me out she just said 'hunt' and I thought she wanted to go out hunting." Flakepaw tole Firesong.

Firesong took a deep breath. Of course, Flakepaw wasn't being callous, he just misheard. Why was she being so snappy lately? "sorry flakepaw, she said 'hurt'. I didn't realize you misheard her." Firesong turned to Thornkit. "I hope you realize that you'll have to put up with my attitude." She needed to relax, she decided.

"It's ok Firesong." Flakepaw told her. "Every one makes mistakes." he said.

Thornpaw nodded as He watched Firesong put a wrapping on Sprintsong's wounds. For some unknown reason, He been very quiet. His fur ruffled up as He scented Badger on Sprintsong. "Had Sprintsong been attacked by a Badger?!"

Cloudyheart went on ahead, Following the Badger scent.

Kindlestar's ears flattened again. It almost sounded as though if Blazewhisper was trying to shield her from the badger like she had done all those moons ago when she was barely a kit. She nodded at Sharpclaw and padded up to her. "I see you have impeccable timing. I should go back to camp just the same. Sprintsong may have woken up," she meowed coolly. "When you have returned to camp, report your findings. Also, I do not want you going into another territory. If the badger scent fades into MoonClan or PebbleClan, do not play the hero. We cannot afford you being caught by an enemy patrol," she added before turning around and heading to camp.

Dawnpaw saw Kindlestar leaving and he snarled. "It almost sounds like if she doesn't want us to find the thing. How much trouble can a badger be?" he growled, his claws flexing.

((Sure thing. I'll turn you apprentice now Silverkit. I will give you Frostfang as I believe that she had taken an interest in you before.

@Frostfang: Look, Duskwind hasn't connected since last month. I recommend you just ignore whatever you two had been doing, cause otherwise StarClan knows how much longer you will have to be waiting. If you decide to keep waiting for her though, do tell me so I can change Silverkit's mentor.))

Blazewhisper lead the partorl into the trees. "move out!" bounding into the treetory she felt a sense of relif that she woulnt have to worry about kindlestar and she had a big pack of warrios behind her. she leaped over a huge rock and ran faster almost leaving the rest behind.

Streamkit left the medicine den. Her one good eye looking at the camp entrance. "What beith this staled smell?" she asked herself.

FlameWind walked over to the side. "Badger," she whispered.

Dawnkpaw followed his mentor with equal strength in his stride, but now with equal resolution. His only mission was to prove how strong he was, the consequences to prove his strength were beneath him at the moment. "Why did you send Shortystar away? Is she that useless in a fight?" he asked Blazewhisper as he caught up, a small sneer on his face.

Kindlestar padded up to the camp after a while of sniffing around. The rest of them had padded up to where the smell lead, so there was no point in looking around for any other trace of smell. She saw Flamewind at the entrance of the camp talking to the young kit with the blind eye. She gave a small nod of greeting to Flamewind and stood next to her. "Anything happen during my absence?" she asked her.

Lovepaw walked along by Flamewind then Raised her Ears and Tails at the smell of badger.

Firesong heard Kindlestar talking to Flamewind. "Hey, Sprintsong, are you ready to talk?" She looked worriedly at the warrior.
