Riverpaw dropped back down and rocked on her paws. "Dear Starclan why did you bring me back to this place!" she wailed, burying her face into her paws. Her eyes grew huge as she turned around and stared at the young tom."W-who are you? How long have you been here!"

"Sorry, where are my manners? I'm Bear, I've been here for over a year." Bear said and looked into the she-cat's frightened eyes. "Who are you, where did you come from, how do you know these humans, and who is this StarClan?"

"I am Riverpaw. I used to live here for 2 *insert cat name for years* but I ran away and joined Fireclan. I know these humans because," Riverpaw shuddered, her many scars searing with pain " as I said, I used to live here. Starclan are the fallen warriors in Silverpelt. But they have betrayed me." Tears gathered in Riverpaws eyes as she spoke. "Firecloud! How could you! And Mintleaf, is this how its going to be? I shall DIE here, and I can't even join the ranks of Starclan." She muttered sadly, hoping her old friend would hear her.

"We are still with you, Riverpaw." Firecloud whispered into her ear, but didn't show herself. Knowing she would be in trouble if she did.

Bear stared at Riverpaw, "Fireclan? Silverpelt? Who's Firecloud?" He felt so confused, This cat better not have some head issuse, 'cause she's cute. He thought.

Riverpaw glared at the voice. "Then why have you left me here?" she growled to herself. She turned her attention back to Bear. "Sorry, I must have been rambling." She mewed, trying desperatly trying to control her fear. " Firecloud was my best friend, but she was killed." Riverpaw's voice cracked with greif "Silverpelt are the stars and the sky. Our clans belive that the stars are our Warrior ancestors." Riverpaw was proud of herself. She had remembered her mother's words, explaining the sky and other things so she could talk to other cats and not confuse them. However, she realized she wasn't doing a good job with this new cat, as he looked extrememly confused.

Firecloud hissed, "It is part of your destiny. I must go, I'll visit you tonight." She disappeared.

Bear nodded, "Sorry 'bout your friend. I'm still not sure about StarClan, but I'm sure if you explain this whole thing I'll get it." He purred. "We'll be here 'til those monster's are fast asleep."

Riverpaw purred. She was happy to have a new friend, but she pityed him for living here all this time. He deserved better. "Mmmmkay, here we go. Sometimes in our clan, or our group of cats, another group might attack us if they think we went on thier...... proporty.... or if they think we stole thier food. When a cat in our.... group... dies, we belive thier spirits go up and inhabit the stars. Sometimes they come down to our leader or medicen cat to tell them messages and fortell bad or good things. Got me so far?" she asked, before waiting for a reply, she launched into the rest.

(of which i dont feel like typing. lets say i just told u all about it)

Bear listened closely, when Riverpaw was finished he stared at her. "Wow, thats sounds like such a great life." He said and sighed. "I wish my life were that exciting."

(gahhh! i think i might have messed up my interpretation of our clans and stuff..... i dont feel like checking though.)
"Well..." Riverpaw mewed, rolling the word on her tongue, " Maybe you can if we escape! I could-" she stopped talking, her ears pricking as she swept her gaze over to a corner. "Chipmunk? In a twoleg dwelling?" she mewed, excited and confused. (mmkay, bear? im gonna make u a sissy in this post... srry!) Bear shuddered. "Yeah, it's been coming in through that wall for a while. It freaks me out!" Riverpaw nodded absentmindedly. "Say- when was the last time you ate?" she asked, creeping toward it. Bear shrugged. "Maybe four days ago?" Riverpaw streaked towards the chipmunk and bit it squarely on the neck. Flavor seeped into Riverpaw's mouth, and she was tempted to gobble it up right then. She slunk back to her friend, in case the twolegs woke up, and dumped it at his paws. "Here, now we have a little food. Not much, but It'll do for now. You can have it; I ate before I came here." Bear blinked in appretiation as he began to eat. Riverpaw continued to creep upstairs and caught 4 more mice in the twolegs kitchen. She padded back down, her mew muffled by mouse. "This should do for a while, untill I can get more. I'm just gonna stay right under here untill we can leave."

Bear licked his lips, "That was the best meal I've had in ages. Usually I just sneak out every so often and find scraps." He sighed and looked at Riverpaw, "Will you teach me how to hunt?"

"Of course!" Riverpaw purred contentedly, washing her paws. "However, I'm just an apprentice myself, and I have lots of learning to do." She quickly stashed the fresh kill pile near the wall, so the twolegs wouldn't find it. "If you're gonna come live with me, I mean us, there are some things you need to know. This is the fresh kill pile." she declared, padding away from the mice and walking in a circle around Bear. "You always feed the clan first, the kits and the elders, and the weak. Since you havn't eaten, you get to go first." she blinked in content. "Now, how shall we escape?"

Bear thought for a second, "Wait here." He dashed out of from under the couch and ran up the stairs.

"Psst, Riverpaw." He whispered. "Hurry!"

(Well, from what I read Moonlight had her kits, Riverpaw went back to her Twolegs for some strange reason, and Crystalstar is also a kittypet that lives with Riverpaw's twolegs and will become Riverpaw's mate...right?)

Thunderstar watched his clan at work, he stood, shook his fur off and walked over to the Nursery. "Good day, Moonlight. How are the kits?"

"They're great. I never knew that had so much energy." She purred. Sunshadow looked up from where he lay next to her.

"Can I make a hunting patrol, I noticed the Fresh-kill pile was runinng low."

Thunderstar nodded and walked out of the nursery, Sunshadow close behind.
