I'll probably update every few days, depending on how it's going. Today has been pretty good because I've written 1.5k, but for the last few days I've been struggling somewhat. I just need to let go and, well, write for the sake of writing I guess. X3

Whoo! So, it's not going fantastic, but it's going better than I'd planned. Last night I wrote a good 700 words, which for me, recently, is pretty good for a school day. I used to be able to write 3000 words a day without any worry. Now, since the block, I'm having to take it slowly.... >_>

Word count: 60,222. (I think MSWord Counts less than Rough Draft, but I don't have my normal programme with me)
Page count: 104.

Whoo! 20k to hit my goal, in 45 days.

oooh my goodness, I can't believe I pumped out 5,000 words this morning! I was going to do 2k last night, but I got tired and stopped at 1k and went to bed. Then when I woke up I was just going to try and catch up by pumping out 3k, but I went into overdrive! XD Yay!!

@ Savin: Omg, that's so cool! This guild kicks a**!

@ PMS: You're doing the right thing by just writing down as much as you can each day. It's a struggle for me sometimes too. Like today, I almost didn't get up to write this morning, I wanted to sleep until 8, but I got up at 6 anyway (well, 6:15... it took me 15 minuets of laying in bed to decide if I was going to go back to sleep or get up and write.

Yeah. I make sure that I write every day, no matter what, and if by some terrible curse I'm feeling like I'm going to die, I just write double the next day. Last year during NaNo I was doing 5k a day, which would have been awesome if I wasn't having to force it. >_> This year I won't force anything, apart from a minimal daily goal. I want to have fun.

This novel, though, needs forcing at some points. I mean, I love it, but taking a novel seriously makes it so much harder for me to write if I want anything I'll be able to work with without total rewrites in the editing stage.

I guess that's just life though. =3 I'm resigned to my lot, I'll just make do, ja. 3nodding

I didn't get very much done last night or this morning. I think I've exhausted myself out somehow. I feel really tired, like, overly tired. It's so weird.

Anyway, I struggled to write SOMETHING down, so I ended up with:

38,089 words and
75 pages.

Only about a 300 word difference, but hey, at least it's something. *shrugs* I'm hoping to hit 40,000 by the weekend, though. And hey, if that happens, I can up my wordcount goal to 50,000 by Christmas! Yay!

@Savin: 50 pages left? That's so AWESOME. I cannot wait to read your story some day.

Hey! We should all say something when our stories are published, like: "Thanks to those from pypg!" XD And no one would know what it meant but us!
