Tea: Poo. I'm well beyond the resistance stage at this point. Any recommendations for getting rid of the bloody thing?

See someone who can help with Liver Chi problems?
Know anyone? sweatdrop I'm kinda bad when it comes to helpful holistic healers. They're too expensive here and kinda untrustworthy sometimes.

And I really want to go to Fibber's tonight! gonk

Is that like a cross between Abraxas and a Zabrak?

Actually, I was thinking Anthraxus and Xaebos, with some creative alteration. wink
A fictitious Ulcer named after the two most annoying D&D baddies I ever faced.
that, and seriously, giving and evil sounding name to a plushy, while cliched, is fun.

Ooh, nif. I still like my concept of being the being from which all Zabrak spawned is pretty shibby, too. I mean, how many other people could say "My plushie ulcer is directly responsible for Darth Maul and Bao-Dur"?

That's alright. I might be getting Reiki on Saturday from a friend of mine who's done his second attunement. And a massage course. Finally someone who can fix my back! I'm going to be a happy puppy. whee

Darth Maul never really inspired me the way the other Darths on stage did.
Sidious was pure evil manipulation, and genius of maleficient magnitude.
Vader was the very image of the Dark Knight, ruthless, powerful, and unforgiving. (I'm ignoring Anakin as Vader at the end of the 3rd... that was just pathetic flailing.)
Tyrannus was a tragic figure, in many ways the epitome of how one can fall to evil while attempting righteous deeds. The very image of arrogance undermining virtue. Also, he was no slouch, a brilliant (not quite genius) thinker, adept philosopher, and no slouch with the blade.

Maul... well, he was just a gun.
A big, nasty gun, but still, just a gun.

Also, the Star Wars game I recently played in had a Zabrak who was the height of patheticness. sweatdrop

Abraxus, on the other hand, is just fine in the effective evil category. twisted

Considering the way he was trained by Sidious, it's not surprising. Even the Sith Academy on Korriban in KOTOR trained Sith to be more than assassins for their masters; Sidious locked in Maul's "faithful tool" status with the way he ended Maul's training. I think the real failing with Maul was training him in the dark side from an early age - it seems that most of the truly successful latter-day Sith are the ones who come to the dark side, instead of being brought into it.

Of course, none of them holds a candle to Exar Kun, I think, but Traya and Nihilus come close in my eyes.

Please tell me you're not talking about KOTOR II. I liked Bao-Dur...

There are roughly 50 trillion grackles surrounding my house right about now. They are incrediably loud, and really, really annoying. It's really creepy to walk out the door, and see all these birds sitting in the trees and staring at you.

Heheheh.

The old Sith are so much more worthy of consideration than the idiotic 2 man show that Darth Bane mandated.

Is it just me, or does Darth Bane look kinda like someone actually tried to take Bane from the Batman universe and slap him into the Star Wars continuity?

Ah. Reminds me of when I played Star Wars: Galaxies. Freaked everyone out that I was playing a Trandoshan female, and that I wasn't trying to make Yet Another Bossk Clone.

It's that dangerous game of feeling like each thing has to outdo the last. That said, I think I need some of that hair, just for kicks.
