((Aaaah, no no Firesong. The punishment is just that they are supposed to take on the same responsabilities warriors have. Other warriors have to hunt like always and whatnot. She just wants them to see that they have to learn to respect those that have come before them, because otherwise they will not learn.))

Cloudyheart licked Lovekit's fur dry.

Other warriors must still hunt too. Kindlestar wouldn't be that cruel. Firesong sighed with relief. Still, those kits didn't know what they were getting into.

Firesong stepped forward, laying some herbs in front of each of them. "Here. This will help everyone's stress. At least Twolegs don't have claws."

Dawnkit took his herbs and headed out of the nursery with his tail held high, proud of what he had to do. He finally had a chance to prove himself and to show to all just how strong he really was. He turned to Thornkit and purred. "What kind of a punishment is that? Really?"

Kindlestar looked at Firesong, a small glint in her eyes. "I need to speak to Cloudyheart. Those two are going to need to be kept an eye on... I hope they learn something about this... And I really hope that they don't have to use up the whole moon. After all, once I see that they are ready, I will turn them into apprentices," she purred, taking in a small leaf from the herbs Firesong had just given them.

Dawnkit sneered at the bigger warrior. He nodded and purred. "I have no doubt. I am the strongest kit, and I will make sure to be the strongest apprentice as well."

Firesong sighed. She was just worried that it would take something tragic for Dawnkit to finally come to his senses.

Padding back to her den, Firesong noticed Lovekit. "Still hurting? Come on, i'll see what i can do." She picked up the tiny kit and set her on one of the beds in her den, then began digging through her herbs.

"Come on, Lets go hunt." mewed Thornkit, Licking his chest fur.

((Lets just pretend jayflight was in there the whole time.ive got a lot going on so im kinda reversey so ill probly be a little less active during summer. OH! and i got all my stuff back! i am happy now.))
Jayflight stayed with kindlestar when the others left, "Should someone be teaching them to hunt? they haven't learned yet, they are only kits." she said.
solarkit came out of the nursery and saw her brothers leaving. she padded over to them, "Where are you going?" she questioned.

Thornkit padded back to Jayflight and Solarkit.

"I know how to hunt. I learned by watching the Apprentices." mewed Thornkit. "I'm going hunting, Solarkit. I have to hunt for the Clan now."

"Mommy, Why does thornkit get to hunt? hes not an apprentice either, and he doesnt even wanna be a warrior!" Solarkit whined.
"Hes hunting because its his punishment, Go back to the nursery, ill be there soon."
