I have to leave in about 30 min for work .. I'll be gone for 4 hours

But I'm doing pretty well today with writing =o It might be good to have a break ..

I often find it's nice to have a break after some serious writing. I'm more likely to want to write again if I've taken some time away from the novel because I miss writing it so much (even if it is just a few hours XD). ninja

I've already doubled the page count from yesterday 8D
And I should probably do a little thinking.. since I just had the main character leave the building where everything's happening .. he's refused to help, but something has to happen that gets him pulled back in .. =o I'm not sure what that will be yet

I don't like thinking while at work though. I get distracted from my job which gets me in trouble .. and also I can't really write anything down while at the register

Dx I don't like being broken with work .. but at least it gave me some time to rest .. more or less -sigh- didn't get to think of what to do, so I only added one page to the count before what it was when I left

Distance can be good for a novel. I'm like PMS; I write better if I'm away because I will miss it.
But it sucks being at work and not being able to at leats jot things down sad

Heh back from book signing xD; I got .. one book sold.. pity the shipping cost makes it so I only break even. I have to order like.. 50-100 books of the little ones to make profit >.>; feh oh well

At least with work there's a stack of papers for notes by the register. I write on one and keep using it until I run out of room. Many times I have my old business cards and can write on the back. I forgot my notebook today Dx it was dull for a while, until the last 15 min of the thing.. but I was able to write on the back of postcards I had lol .. I have like seven postcards filled with writing that I have to type out again now

I was able to get one page done last night -rubs head- such a headache back then from being dehydrated.. icky winter and.. approaching monthly mess Dx evil .. but I usually have a huge burst of inspiration in the week before so.. can't say I don't appreciate some of what happens heh

edit- I typed out the pages on the postcards. I had a brief scare, thinking I lost #3 .. but I found it, it just got mixed up in the others when I tried to sort them all. I ended up with 1.5 pages from that.. at least I got a little further today =o only about 6.5 hours left then the 'day' is over ..

Also, I cut my finger ... Dx darn mail .. I tried to open it and it sliced up my right index finger ..

You draw really well! Such talent... I think it's cool you make your own book covers. I think everyone needs a break from writing sometimes, to give us time to regroup and plan out our thoughts. :3nod

I was going to wait until tomorrow, but heh I started on the collection today .. if it wasn't for the cleaning up of the lines and getting rid of smudge/shadows/scanner blurs it would be done so much sooner Dx and cleaner.. tch oh well ..
I decided to do one character from each book on the back of the cover then put Drag on the front .. =o it might not convey properly without the whole cover front .. oh well that's for other pictures
