Springpaw hesitated, "We need to help out in the b-battle, I think the elders will be alright protecting the kits, right?" Her voice cracked, fear beginning to set in again. She looked past Tawnypaw at the kits and elders. "Er, yowl real loud if you sense anything coming and me and Tawnypaw will come right back to help. Okay?" She gave a short nod, then turned back to Tawnypaw. "I hope you can fight with that paw." She murmured, then quickly turned around and ran back towards the gathering.

"Ok, I hope they'll be fine. I don't if I can fight with this paw, I'll just try to fight with my good paw." Tawnypaw felt fear creep up her spine but then she felt courage. I will fight to my best ability, I promise. She ran after springpaw to join the fight.

"C-Cinderpaw is out in the war with WoodClan." mewed Duststorm, his voice shaking. "I better go out to war, before Cursedstar catches me out here." he said, dashing off the battleground.

Tawnypaw was running on three paws toward the battle but then she heard a familiar voice calling her. She stopped and looked behind her, it was Bumblebee. I wonder what she wants? but I have to go fight! she looked ahead of her at the tussling cats ripping at at each other, then she looked at Bumblebee running towards her. better see her, she looks worried
Tawnypaw limped over to Bumblebee to see what she wanted. when she finally reached her, she accidentally stepped on her bad paw and let out an awful yowl. "MROW!" she screamed. she looked at her paw as tears flowed into her eyes why does it look so weird?!then she remembered that Bumblebee was right beside her. "hey...bum..bumblebee.." she tried to blink away the tears, "what do you need?" I hope she didn't notice...

"In my den. Now." she growled, and practiclly dragged the prtesting apprentice across the camp. "Some cats think they have nine lives to waste...Mousebrained warriors...Think they're in no danger to broken or sprained paws.." Bumblebee muttered under her breath. She examined the paw for a minute, and grabbed some herbs. She wound the paw together, and made sure they were secure. "Now lay here." the she-cat said.

"ok, ok, I'm coming!" tawnypaw yowled. She layed down and waited for the bad news. I was THIS close to battling the first time! I hope she doesnt make me stay here the whole battle! I can fight with one paw! She looked at her wrapped up paw, it was twisted and demented. I'm such a stupid furball! I need to watch where I'm going! Tawnypaw was not mad at the tree root she tripped over, or bumblebee for causing her this lose. She was only mad at herself for not being careful..

Bumblebee looked at her friend. "I'm sorry, Tawnypaw. But do you really think you'll help the clan if you are hurt, or worse, killed? I can't trust WoodClan to not let you injures." she thought for a minute while fastening the tawny cat's leg. "How about you go out there a-and make sure no one is badly hurt." she suggested. I won't beleive anyone was killed...WoodClan aren't murderers..Are they? "But don't get into a fight." she added, waiting for Tawnypaw's answer.
