((I was thinking Silverkit, maybe... if you agree, we could stop you from becoming apprentice for a while so you can prove yourself that you are worthy to be an apprentice. I mean, you are blind, and that goes against warrior code, so I thought it'd be fun.... however, if you want, I can make you apprentice already. However, I am sure Sharpclaw will be more than happy to take you as apprentice whichever you choose. blaugh

And Blazewhisper, I have something planned with Dawnkit, and when he is finally born and apprenticed, I was hoping you would be my mentor if you are free.... be warned though, he will be.... difficult. twisted

Kindlestar sniffed the air. She smelled a PebbleClan warrior nearby. The message from Cursedstar was probably arriving already.
"I must leave you for now, youngster. Let's talk again soon," she purred, as she got up and got out of the nursery, not waiting for an apprentice.
Kindlestar headed for the clan entrance and spoke to the messenger. She sent him on his way and looked at the clan. She gave a sigh as she prepared for what she was about to do. She got up to the top of the Fire Rock and called out the ancient words.
"Let all those who are old enough to catch their own prey join me here for a clan meeting," she called, her tail flicking as she called her clan.

Kindlestar saw how the cats had begun to gather, and she thought of how best to address the clan.
"I left secretly for PebbleClan some time ago, and... seeing as how Blazewhisper and Sharpclaw found their way to me... I am supposing the whole clan must have found out," she purred, her whiskers twitching with amusement. "As you all know, the war with PebbleClan has been going on for a long time. PebbleClan has agreed to end it, but only for a prize. They wish for the land parallel to Tall Rocks all the way to WoodClan. Of course, I cannot give an answer without knowing what FireClan thinks of this.
I wish for you to keep in mind that if this is indeed done, good things will happen for both PebbleClan and FireClan. PebbleClan will finally have enough land to keep their clan from suffering starvation, and FireClan will no longer have to worry about attacks from WoodClan, as we would no longer share a border with them.
I know it is a large quantity of land, but FireClan is easily the clan with most territory, with the exeption of MoonClan, and I wish to know just how willing or unwilling you are to this change," she finished, almost panting for breath.
She had never addressed the clan as a whole before, and her ear flicked nervously as she saw all eyes on her. She took a deep breath as she waited for a response, trying to calm her nerves.
