Kindlestar glanced as Rabbitkit ran away and her whiskers twitched in amusement. "She looks promising... a bit shy maybe, but I think I can fix that," she muttered.

She turned to Jaypaw as soon as she spoke and her ear twitched in annoyance. "Yeah yeah. I'm smaller than everyone once they pass their six moons," she replied, nudging her in a friendly way with her paw. "And yeah, you are ready to be a warrior. I'll see what can be done about that," she finished.

Kindlestar looked out at the outside of her camp. At the border of her territory there were warriors sacrificing their lives for the clan. The kits had been brought back and the war had stretched long enough. She got up and looked at Jaypaw.

"Jaypaw, I need you to tell Dewpool that I will be going out to the border where the war is taking place. I want to hurry there and back as soon as possible," she mewed, and not waiting for an answer she ran out of camp and towards the border of PebbleClan.
