er wasn't implying that feminine items./character=weakness moreso that less typical female characters who dress like tomboys are frequently forgotten and underused in comparison to all the frills.

warrior_of_boognish Sorry, wasn't involved with this one past the brainstorm process...actual work was the handiwork of another artist. Gotcha, I was really impressed at how well it fit the male base without looking like it only suited female bases and for some reason I have it my head that you did it based off of comments regarding the Fallen King in regards to body mods fitting dude bases. Could you please pass my thanks along to the artist (s) responsible?
specially since there's not bad footbinding homg crying heart

I knew that's what you meant, I apologize if I sounded like I thought you were saying otherwise. This is why I shouldn't get into big discussions on Gaia late at night when I'm tired. sweatdrop I kind of started ranting in that thread a bit...sorry about that. But yes you're right tomboys aren't used very often in comparison to the number of ultra feminine characters.

pfft we both kinda were like that.
Mostly because it's like "yaaah want less feminine frill items" then "OMGWTFYOUSEXISTBEASTGUYSCANWEARTHATSTUFFTOO scream "
or insert #94859392843 poorly constructed dude rant about how there's not enough masculine items and thread goes down in flaaaaames
and then it's like
crying dammit can't I just make some kickass tomboy/butch girls *totally ignored over flaming rage because of someone's definition of gender constructs*
I have many feels about this too, trust me xd

Your summery there actually had me laughing out loud! rofl Glad to hear you feel the same way about this stuff. emotion_brofist I love how we managed to turn a thread about MCs into a debate about gender and the role of women in society. lol Ah well, if nothing else we livened things up a bit in the GCD today~

I commissioned her directly via profile comments at the time she was in an artsy mood. She's been practicing on drawing the male anatomy so I helped her with Ciro as reference. It's just one of those things where she was happy with her practice that I arrived at a good time for her Majoko Mariko doll quest. Her work schedule's unpredictable so it'll be a while for her to start commissioning again after my commission.
