They're just both pretty calm cats. It doesn't hurt that I was feeding them treats while putting the costumes on. Greedy kitties will do anything as long as you give them shrimp.
I'm stuck watching a two-year-old for an hour. Every time I decide that maybe it would be okay to adopt in the future, the reality of small children makes me change my mind. X__X

Treats wouldn't work for my cats. Now I'm trying to find a way where vic doesn't fear the dog.
Just have the kid watch a video.

Ugh. I horrible at baby sitting.
Its been years since someone made me do it. The last time was a complete disaster. The brat nearly killed my fish. :/ Then, I let her outside and apparently, you're supposed to go out there with them. I looked out the window from time to time?
Also, the kid got hungry and I didn't know what to feed her. XD I was all "WTF do I feed a 4 year old?" hahahaha I ended up making hotdogs and mac&cheese. :B
I'm such an idiot when it comes to taking care of kids. emotion_facepalm

O_O Wow. I'm NOT going through ALL of those pages just to see wha I missed. . . So I'll just say 'Hi' lol.
On the subject of kids: Um, I'm pretty good with kids, actually. Every other week I stay at my Aunt and Uncle's house to watch their two kids- a boy and a girl, the boy is 5 the girl is 8- and I do a pretty good job. Kids just need LOADS of guidance, and you have to be patient with them. That's all, really.
I won't lie, mornings where I don't feel like dealing with the five year old (because I take the 8 year old to school in the morning) I just hand him a bowl of cereal and let him watch cartoons on Netflix. He leaves me alone for a good hour or so (because when he watches cartoons he HAS to copy everything that they do and say, so it takes him a while to actually eat), and this gives me time to take a shower, get dressed, and then play around on Gaia for a bit. I mean, he's cool and everything, but he doesn't really give me any space at all. And this is because he idolizes me. It's flattering, but I still need time for myself.

Easiest way to deal with kids: buy something expensive, give them the box. #2 is go to the dollar store rofl

The kids I babysat were fine if you plopped them in front of the tv with Sprout (children's tv network) on, and gave them juiceboxes. rofl There was a 1 year old, a 4 year old. and a 6 year old that were siblings that I watched together.
Same with the 2 year old and the 8 year old I watched before that. As long as you gave Xavier his sippy cup, he'd sit there contentedly on the couch with you, watching one of his movies. xd the 8 year old played videogames up in his room the entire time.

 I want dinner but I only have refried beans, Kraft Singles, peanut butter, and booze. So anyone who watches Chopped and can cook come over to my place and make a a delicious meal with those ingredients!
