Crimzon gazed out the open door down the stairs for just another moment, her eyes lingering on the way Newt was bent over Daniel, her face full of pain. She turned away, face blank, and followed Aster.

Aster peeked into rooms when he found one that was locked. Aster tried the handle once more and then spun kicking the handle clean out of the wood. He pushed the door open easily. Aster took one step inside the office when he heard the click of the safety being turned off on a gun to his left. Aster flicked his saber and felt it connect with a solid gun handle as a bullet zinged by his head. "Oh f***k!!!!" He heard the man with the gun curse. Aster already had him pinned against the wall by his shirt collar "Where is it." he growled.

"I don't know whether to slap the hell out of you or kiss you." She chuckled sadly to herself, then picked up her still cuffed hands up hit them across his face. "Grrr..." Then she kissed him quickly, pulling away a second later. "I just might miss you." She stood, stepping in between him and Logan. "If you think I'm just going to let you do this, your wrong." The voice of common sense screamed at her. "What are you thinking!? You have no weapon, your hands are tied, and he's an ace!!"

Crimzon waited pressed against the wall untill she heard Aster pin the man against the wall. She swung into the doorway, kicked a chair out of her way and stood next to Aster. "I don't mean to make it look like you need help." she said shortly to him, grabbing the the guys waistband. She listened to the metal on his belt jingle as she unlatched. "Don't flatter yourself." Crimzon hissed, slipping a hand into his pants. She worked quickly, fishing out another gun and handcuffs and then moved to his pockets. Car keys, a worn out leather wallet without an ID. Crimzon shoved a hand under his shirt and pulled out a small silver key with an unusual rounded top on a beaded chain. She gave the object a look of interest, dropped it into the top of her sports bra and reached under his shirt again. This time she came out with a plastic bag between her fingers, a few broken chunks of what looked like rock candy. "I'm guessing this isn't yours." she said drying, tossing the bag onto the desk with everything else.

Aster waited until Crimzon was done, his grip still tight on the guy as the mans skittish eyes followed Crimzon's hands. Once done, Aster loosened his grip on the guy and then socked him in the middle of the head, the guy hitting the hard floor unconscious. Aster then turned to Crimzon his hard expression turning to disappointed "Why don't you ever finger me like that?" He teased as he went searching through the desk.

Logan lifted his head to see Newt standing in front of Daniel. His face was stone and Logan had used all his patience, his voice was as ice cold as his eyes. "That's not how it works." Logan left his spot on the car, leaving the daggers on the hood. He made his way to hover over Newt. "I strongly suggest you leave." Logan let his icy eyes scare her.

Crimzon glanced at Aster and let out a breath of laughter. She stood on front if the desk and sorted through what had been on the guy. Handcuffs were shoved in the belt of her cargo pants, everything else was esentiallly useless. Crimzon looked inside the wallet and stuck it back in the man's pocket and then picked up the plastic bag. The clearish chunks fell onto the ground and she crushed them into fine white powder with her foot. Crimzon blew white dust off of her fingers onto his face and shirt and dropped the bag on the floor next to the guys body. She shrugged and turned back to Aster. "Overdose."

Aster retrieved a briefcase from the bottom drawer of the desk, it was a metallic color with a rough surface. "Hm." He walked around the desk and hooked a finger in the front of Crimzon's shirt, Aster reached in and pulled out the key that she'd found with the guy, he gave the sports bra and it's con-tense a quick look through. "Your not supposed to hide things in there Cupcake, that's why you have pockets." Aster purred his voice like silk, sliding the case around and unlocking it. "Bingo." he thought seeing stacks of money, he closed and locked the case turning to Crimzon and dropping the key back into her bra "But it gives me an excuse.' he teased starting for the door bet in hand.

Logans eyes chilled her to the bone. They were full of secrets, twisted thoughts, and some kind of dark pain. Even through all of this, she didn't back down. "Thats not how I work. I don't leave people to die." She locked her jaw, prepareing for whatever came next.

Daniel was in so much pain it was hard to think now, but he sat up and grabbed Newt's hand. He brought her hand to his mouth and kissed it, "Look at me." Daniel said quietly.

Newt tried to keep her eyes on Logan, but she glanced back anyway. She gave Daniel a 'I know what the hell I'm doing' look.

"Of course it does. Let's roll." Crimzon turned and left the room on Aster's heels. She took the hallway back to the top of the stairs and hesitated, looking down through the door again. She blinked and then walked past. Here there were two exits, one led to another office complex and the other was an outer door that connected to the set of buildngs closest to the track. "We can get the bet to your car from here. I'll pick mine up if I have time."

Logan saw his chance and took it. He struck out with his right hand, hitting the back of her head. A clean blow, she should be out in no time.

"Sounds good, the faster we can get this to the dealer the better." Aster said starting for the exit. He flipped his aviator sunglasses on as the strong sun burst through the door, his navy blue, painted on tank top heating up as he started for his Maserati. Aster stopped and turned to see Logan hit Newt, Aster itched to go and slap him around for hitting an unarmed woman.

The last thing Newt felt was something hitting the back of her skull. She shouldn't have looked back. Her eyes rolled back into her head, and suddenly she couldn't see anything.
