.♥.Zana .♥.

☾"Know a little ...
Zana has lived for many years and she has seen many things. But this place in these caves was one of the only things that truly amazed her. To a normal human it would be a beautiful cave, to another species it would be mysterious... but to those with more experience would feel and sense the overall power this cave holds. But, to Zana she knew exactly where to go to find where that power source was coming from. She could smell and feel it, as if her whole being was being caressed by the unknown. Entering the cave the obvious way Zana would walk for a few minuites just admiring the still blue water that would shine lightly lighting the cave u. Skipping onto a few large bolder until she was almost too the roof of the cave, she could see how deep and endless the pool looked. As if staring into an unknown galaxy, getting lost into it as if the night sky was under her. One more jump and then a graceful leap into the cold cool water not coming up for air. Zana floated in the amazing water seeing little creatures swim around her and crystals forming around the edges of the pool. Quickly and carefully she swam deeper and deeper holding her breath but then forming a bubble of air with her power for more air source and continued following the stream of power she could feel. She came upon an opening lined with sharp crystals that will surely cut you if you touch it in the slightest. The water behind it shinned brighter then the pool but you can not see this from above. Slipping into the tunnel that fit her slender frame she swam through until she broke through the surface. There a magnificent tree stood. A tree with bright bolt blue running through it like veins it was alive and breathing. The air felt light yet heavy, it was sweet yet not. It was beautiful, it was peaceful and if found by people.. it will bring chaos or peace. The old legends of these caves are true... but only if you know where to go. And the only way to know where to go is if you were shown the way. Stepping foot onto dry smooth pebbles and crystals that made up the dry land she stood there and waited. The tree is very much alive it knows all and sees all that happens on its lands. Many years ago even before the war she was shown this place by an old friend whom lived in the current ruined temples that she resides in now. He was a keeper of these caves and before he passed on he made her into a keeper. A keeper simply makes sure that the tree is protected and well. No other souls but other keepers can come close to it or the tree will die to keep its power. Zana approached the tree and placed her hand onto it; it was warm and powerful it kept her from falling into darkness and helped her control her inner demons. Taking out a small bottle she dipped it into a pool that formed near the trees roots. And as quickly as she came she was gone. Staying here too long could potentially endanger the tree so she must go as if she was never there.

Zephyr flew into the Cerulean Caves, shaking the rain off his body before shifting into his human form. Oh my...it is quite late for an early spring shower. He thought to himself, recalling how it started to pour all of a sudden, while he was on route to visiting one of the human kingdoms. He observed the place that he was at. Now, just where was he? He remembered seeing a cave in the distance, ducking into it to escape from the heavy downpour without even checking his location. Have I discovered a secret hide out? He thought, as he walked over to a shallow pool of water, Oh, look how clean and clear the water is! I can see my reflection as if I am looking right into a mirror. Right, I will just stare at my own reflection for a few hours, until the rain stops. Sounds like an excellent plan, I shall say. Aye aye, Sir Zephyr, praise the lord for your brilliance... Not. "Hello? Anybody home?" He shouted into the cave, his voice echoing, bouncing from the walls, "I didn't bring a visiting gift this time, but I'll make it up next time and bring you two!" No response. ...Staring at my own reflection it is.OOC:

As Zephyr stared at his own reflection in the small pond, he tilted his head, confused as to why something was bothering him. Something's off...I feel like I'm missing something. He thought to himself, as he listed the things he was currently carrying, Let's see...my body, the current armor I'm wearing, the sword that I never used in my life, one lollipop that Cerin gave me earlier because he insisted he found it on the ground... He paused, realization kicking in. Cerin. I forgot him. He thought in horror, as he turned around, dashing quickly to peek at the storm outside of the cave, Did I leave him outside? He scanned the area in front of him, trying to catch a glimpse of the young man who was with him just a few minutes ago. "A few minutes ago." Actually, Zephyr had stopped paying attention to Cerin half way on their trip. The latter started lecturing him about leaving him behind on their quests, and Zephyr tuned him out, giving him a nod there and there so that he could at least appear to be listening. So, the truth was that he wasn't sure if he was still with the young man when he arrived at the cave. Maybe I dropped him half way here, or he fell off himself, hahaha~ Ah, woe is me. 'Tis my cruel fate to be a sinner. Zephyr shook his head elegantly, before returning to his spot by the pond of water. "................." He stared at the water, before sighing.
...Let's backtrack a little and find him.OOC:

Everything had been normal the small blue dragon had been flitting about commenting about something frivolous like a butterfly or how nicely the poisonous mushrooms grew down in the southern country. Cerin had felt his daily headache start to pound and was about to shout at the dragon when he had disappeared. Sighing with relief he continued on the game trail the dragon had picked earlier on in the morning. He'll be back in a few hours boasting about his grand adventure. There's no need to worry He relaxed avoiding the bushes and branches that scratched at him and the roots and sticks covering the trail. He smiled at the surrounding silence pleased that the dragon finally disappeared.
It had been an hour or so since the ice dragon had left and dark rain clouds had rolled in. Cerin had continued down the game trail hoping to come across anything to take shelter in, but unfortunately, he was caught in the opening downpour. Annoyed and soaked he eventually found a small cave to walk into for shelter. Luckily, his torches had been saved from the rain and he lit one with some flint walking deeper into the cave.
"Useless dragon...always wandering off at best and worst of times." He grumbled ducking beneath stalactite and continuing onward. Eventually, he came to a cliff that reached downwards into the depths of darkness. "Probably not best if I go any closer." He commented before turning to head back to the mouth of the cave. As he was leaving, a voice echoed from the pit calling for help(?). Surprised He tripped over a hidden rock and slipped down the edge of the cliff. His eyes widened in fear as he dropped his torch. "This is all the dragons fault!" He shouted before landing in a deep pool with a splash.
Breaking the surface of the water he swam forward. Luckily there was a softly glowing blue light pulsing from blue stones in the ceiling, walls, and floor providing enough light to see. Pulling himself onto dry land, he dropped his pack looking for anything that had remained dry. A puddle grew as the pack started dripping everywhere promising nothing was dry. Frowning with disappointment he picked it up looking down the blue tunnel. "I guess, there's nothing else to do. Maybe, I can find that person and they'll know how to leave." Clinging onto that little bit of hope, he walked down the tunnel.

Back track, back track... Zephyr headed through the tunnels leading to the other part of the cave. Now, let's think back. Where could a human like him go? He was deep in thought as he walked, circling around the ponds of water gracefully. Obviously, he is a magnet for trouble, with or without my help. Zephyr nodded at his own hypothesis, as a light build appeared in his mind. So then, I shall just jump right into the most dangerous location here! He laughed in delight, as he skipped along the paths, all the way to the other side of Cerin's cliff. Looking down at the ground below, his eyes widened slightly. Yikes. What a bone-shattering depth! Did he fall down there and die? His heartbeat started to quicken at that thought. "Wait for me, Rin Rin~!" He called into the abyss, as he leaped down without hesitation, enjoying the thrill of the fall.
Splosh. He landed at the bottom, into the pool of water. Oh no, I'm drowning. He thought to himself, as he slowly sunk to the bottom, Captain, the Zephtanic has sunk! He swam around, looking for signs of a dead body in the waters. Aye aye, good sir! We are looking for survivors now...anddddd, we see none. He got out of the water, shaking his wet hair before sweeping it back. 'Tis such a pity. My condolences. With a shrug, he continued on, down the same tunnel that Cerin was currently walking down. Spotting the form of his "friend" ahead, Zephyr grinned. "Oi, wait up!" he called, as he dashed forward, glomping Cerin from behind, "Did you miss me?"OOC:

"Woah...is that how you treat a long-time friend?" Zephyr said, backing away with his hands in the air, as if signaling that he came in peace, "I left for around half an hour or so, and you have already forgotten me?" He sighed dramatically, shaking his head in pity. "My, how heartless. I was with you since you were born...have you forgotten the face of your caretaker?" He stepped closer, so that the sword was right underneath his chin, touching his neck. Are you going to kill me...again. A twisted smile appeared on his face, as he shifted even closer, so that the tip of the blade pressed against his throat, drawing a few droplets of blood. His eyes gleamed eerily in the shadows, his heart thumping in warped anticipation of what Cerin was going to do.
Then, he catch a glimpse of himself reflected in Cerin's blade. Human. He was still in his human form. And Cerin has never seen him in that form yet.
.......Oops. Zephyr cleared his throat, dancing away from his blade. Alright, never mind that. Plan B.
Turning around, he hid his face behind his long cape. "I'm sorry, good Sir. 'Tis been such a long time since I've last seen another human around here, that I have gotten quite...too emotional at our meeting." He turned around dramatically, flipping his cape over his shoulders. "Excuse my rudeness earlier. My name is...eh...I'm afraid I have no name, as I have forgotten it. Amnesia is a horrifying condition, you see." He tapped his forehead gently, shaking his head to demonstrate his point. "I can be considered a 'resident' of these caves, but unfortunately, my direction sense isn't as good as when I was young. I was hoping that you, young man, could perhaps lead the way out." He looked up at Cerin, giving him a big, innocent smile.OOC:

"Old man?" Zephyr started to say, chuckling lightly, "I'm barely four thousand and-" He stopped himself. "Barely twenty years old." He finished, converting his dragon age to something similar in human years. Then, a playful twinkle appeared in his eye. Skipping around, he danced across the rocky path, trailing beside Cerin. "But I guess I am still an 'old man' to you." Zephyr said, as he landed in front of Cerin, blocking his path, "You must be...let's see...around 14 or 15 years old, right?" He teased his friend, knowing exactly how old he was, yet wanting to have some fun.OOC:

Zephyr was about to throw him a smartass comment, when he suddenly stopped, gazing at the pool of water. There was a faint shimmer of magic on its surface. And beneath that, lay ancient energy that made even Zephyr shiver a little in excitement and fear.
He could feel a weird rush rise from within. Smiling, he stepped closer to Cerin, who was at the edge of the water. "Yes, it does look quite familiar." he said, his voice eerily flat, "Why don't you take a look. Closer." Without an explanation, he shoved Cerin into the water, his eyes twinkling in sick amusement, watching as his "friend" sunk beneath the surface. "Bind." He said, as tiny tendrils of ice rose from within the pond, grabbing hold of Cerin and holding him down.
"This is goodbye...my dear friend."OOC:
