If you are not accepted, it does not mean we think you're a troll. However, if you joined late 2008-present and you have very, very few posts (and we;ve decided to screen you, meaning you already had an iffy application), you may be declined. In fact, if your application's iffy and you have very few posts, chances are we'll decline you.

Sorry. We don't think you're a troll or anything, but you didn't listen to the guidelines. Try again in two months. biggrin
