I've asked you once and twice again
Why can't it just come to an end?
When all we ever do is fight
You know that something isn't right
And every night I dream of you
It's difficult to see right through
The crashing waves that's caving in
Our each and every dirty sin
Now that you're gone it's so unreal
How empty I just seem to feel
Hating you then and now it's worse
I guess that's typical of course
Through everything we've fought and lost
I guess our souls were just the cost
Since I was young you have been there
Through every dream you seemed to care
I wonder where (my eyes shut tight)
You soul could be this cold still night
What would you do if you were here
I hope that you would hold me dear
I see your ghost amongst the trees
Your breath a chilling winter breeze
Once soft brown eyes now stone cold black
They're beckoning that I come back
Hard to throw away what you've known
Still debate if it's love you've shown
And when I sleep away with tears
Devoured by these countless fears
The bullet still within you're head
Proving you will always be dead
I can't leave you and so it seems
We'll love if only in our dreams

- Title: If Only In Our Dreams
- Artist: Lady Seinu
- Description: This one is about a hate/love relationship... my favorite kind for some unknown bizarre reason. Inspired by someone I had mixed feelings for. The poem was originally written for a story I was writing titled "If Only In Dreams" but I changed my mind on how I want the story to end, so naturally the ending of this poem no longer fits. But it's still an awesome poem.
