Description:
I started with the hair and decided I had to make everything work from that. I then added the skirt to contrast the green, then came the red and white socks and arm socks, the glasses and nose were just for fun, the same goes for the circlet and the boioble things, The rest was to help bring out more of the colours I chose: Red, White, Green, and pink.
To tell you the truth I am in genral wayto dark to accually come up with something like this, but I guess I don't know what took me over.
