First thing is first, you really should have a reference image. Not everyone will know the character, so it really helps.
But aside from that, this is a really nice cosplay, and a great example of cosplay on a budget. It's nice, but it needs some work.
You're missing her gloves for one thing, also, you might want to look at some other tops to get more coverage with the red undershirt.
