This is Roxy Lalonde from homestuck :) Her hair IS blonde and it is confirmed too that her eyes are pink adding on that her skin is obviously a flesh color despite the ref . All of the kids and post scratchs are supposed to be . About the dress I am still questing for Emergency Nurse .
