Seychelles is a character in Himaruya's Axis Powers: Hetalia. She is a southern country girl with a huge heart, a bit sloppy, not much of a cook, and grieves over her high cost of living.
It was revealed that the island where both the Allies and Axis were repeatedly trapped/seen in the anime/manga was,in fact, Seychelles herself.
