This is the mask of croissant (Ringo) from Air Gear. She is deguised to help Ikkis team Kogarasumaru.
Yes, sadly I would've used skates like in air gear, but they didnt have the colors to match so i just used regular shoes. :Z Also, I'm sorry that I couldn't find an actual anime picture instead of the action figure.
