Hitsugaya Toushirou is captain of the 10th Division in the Gotei 13 and the youngest shinigami to become a captain. His zanpakutou, Hyōrinmaru, is considered to be the strongest ice-based zanpakutou.
( I know this character is overdone and fairly easy to do, but he is one of my favorite characters in this series and I believe that the hair Talsi's sash provides is a better choice.) - Date: 02/05/2010
