Not a One Piece fan, but I could offer you some help, future attempts.
Use the blue squinty eyes from the original set. Tektek has them in the DAC as a fifth eye type. Then use the large mouth pose where the teeth are exposed in a sneer. As for the avatar, that looks about spot on to me.
