Not completely accurate, but as close as I could get given my limited gold.
If anyone else wants to make their avatar Cortana, I'd advise adding blue body dye and changing the tribal torso tattoo to the necklace version of a second dark halo. - Date: 10/27/2008

- I tried both the purple and the blue tattoos (since Cortana's markings are actually a dark blue), but neither of them showed up very well on the blue body dye. I had to use black to get anywhere near the contrast she actually has.

- you should have used purple tattoos, that would be perfect with the blue body dye.
