I'm obsessed with drawing eyes if you've seen my gallery recently. xD (I really ought to be more obsessed with drawing everything else now so then my art will look amazing ^^' )
I inked and colored the eye traditionally and then used the program Paint.net to add a bunch of effects. (cuz I'm an effect-whore x3)
Not that many of you will care, just a small factoid here, but this is the eye of one of my OCs named Ophelia. :3 - Date: 08/20/2009

its really great but the stray hair on the eyebrow bugs me...but thats only because im obsessive compulsive and everything has to be "perfect"
