I really like this picture you did a good job. The only thing I can really see that I would change is the peice of hair over his left eye. Other than that this is fantastic!

Nice doodle, but the mouth might be a little too close to the chin line. And perhaps instead of the eye overlapping the hair, do the opposite (or draw the hair over the eye and don't erase anything).
